Liu Kang Story Trailer Game seems quite awesome. Although I think the motion doesn't seem fluid enough (unless it's just how the guy plays) Kollector's Edition looks cool - not sure about pricing yet.

Windows Cant Detect A Hdd - Any Hope Of Recovering Data?
EeLeYe replied to *LOACH*'s topic in PC & Games Discussion
Is it covered by waranty at all?? If you didn't do anything beside use it as instructed, then Western Digital should have a look, free of charge... unless of course, there's stuff on there you don't want anyone to see. If it is cooked, there are ways to retrieve the data but it costs a lot of $$$$$$. They can basically "re-manufacture" the drive in a similar fashion as if it was on the production line and retrieve undamaged data. Really depends how important the data you lost is. -
Can I Make My Cable Internet Upload Faster
EeLeYe replied to True TJ's topic in PC & Games Discussion
+1 This has been my approach to quick internet speeds. Surprisingly, each less person makes a considerably faster increase. -
Despite being made by Gearbox Software, turns out a few of the guys making the game also worked for 3D Realms and actually worked on the original Duke3D. "You heard right, guys. Duke Nukem Forever isn't just a running gag about a game that will never come out. Not anymore. It was confirmed last year that Borderlands developer Gearbox Software had acquired the rights to complete work on this long-awaited first-person shooter. While this may not seem like the most obvious choice of studios, it turns out that Gearbox frontman Randy Pitchford, and several of Gearbox's founding members, got their start at 3D Realms many years ago working on the original Duke Nukem 3D from 1996. And now, in 2011, we've played through the first part of the game and have much to report. Please be advised that this story covers the first 90 minutes or so of gameplay and may contain minor spoilers and some descriptions of sexually explicit scenes. " For a full read and a hands-on gameplay clip, check out http://au.gamespot.com/pc/action/dukenukemforever/news.html?sid=6298297&tag=topslot;img;1&mode=previews I really suggest people read that link. From what they're saying, this game is going to be f**kING EPIC!!! Classic Duke Nukem Cheesiness. NOTE - I'm in no way affiliated with gamespot.com - I just enjoy reading their articles

Getting to 40 is near impossible. I don't even know how you reached lvl 35. At these levels, it's just a matter of luck that you have the ray gun and hope you somehow get a max ammo. I guess one stradegy would be to lob grenades from the pap room. and hope you clean up most the zombies. Some guy has reached lvl 5X solo... had to have been a hack. Something I didn't realise until recently is that a pap crossbow gets the zombies following the arrow (much like the monkey bomb) and a pap bowie knife revives your fallen comrades if you shoot them while they're down.

Finally finished the game. All I have to say is the ending is MUCH better than the first one. Probably one of the better aspects of the game is that cut-scenes don't take up much time at all... You spend more time playing than watching while still getting a good idea of the story. There were a few times when I didn't even realise the cut-scenes were interactive I ended up dying......... Unlike the first game, Dead Space 2 has 15 chapters, instead of 12. Now to finish it on Hardcore - each time you die, you restart back at your last save, AND you only get three saves total.

Hey Guys, I've searched and searched through these forums but I can't find anything specific to the ECR33. I'm thinking of buying one of these ASI Radiators. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/42MM-RADIATOR-SKYLINE-R33-GTS-T-RB25DET-FAN-SHROUD-/140499365983?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20b66a305f Problem is, I've read that they don't fit too well on R32s so am trying to find whether these will require any modification to the R33 fan shroud, even though this particular radiator is 42mm, The overal size is the same as the 52mm which, I'm guessing, means that the sides are too big for the shroud. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers, Elias

Hey, HEY... SHUUUUUT UUP!!!!!!!!! You know when the ps3 and pc map packs are out? Xbox always gets them earlier than everyone else; those fkn bastards.
-
I've noticed not as many people play it anymore. The hype has died down heaps. The new map pack might make it interesting again but only to the hardcore players I'm guessing.

I get that when I've got a sh!t connection. When I'm host (or excellent connection), I notice I use way less bullets and the game does a lot more of what I want it to do. The worst is when you've got a crapppy connection - waste a whole clip on someone only to get killed and see during the killcam that you didn't even fire a bullet...

"hacking" Electronics - Piracy Or Innovation
EeLeYe replied to EeLeYe's topic in PC & Games Discussion
I just saw I've got a -2 for the first post. What were people expecting to read about when they clicked the topic - "How to hack electronics"??? -
It is a very ridiculous advantage. But also works very well in your favour when you're the host

One team is monsters, the other is humans. The humans need to complete an objective and the monsters need to stop them. You then switch sides after each round. The human side can only die once but require more hits to kill. Monsters get killed easily but can respawn by choosing a respawn point within the map. The objectives vary as well. The game requires a lot of teamwork. As you progress and gain higher levels/rank, you can upgrade your guns and such (if you're human) or upgrade your killing abilities and skills (if you're necromorph). I think there may be some youtube videos showing off the multiplayer if you wanna check it out before you spend the $$$ buying the game.

Yeah came out today. Mine arrived yesterday... thanks ebgames Basically the same as the 1st game just the usual changes - tweaked graphics, new bad guys and weapons. that being said, gameplay feels different (not so much claustrophobic as before) and multiplayer is really cool. The story is also a lot more indepth compared to the first one. I'm hoping lot's of people play multiplayer. It's more fun than I thought it would have been. If anyone else gets the game let me know. The more the merrier.

They released firmware update 3.56 yesterday. And all the description says is, "security update". -
Review. Gamespot gave the game 8.5 and say the multiplayer game is awesome. http://au.gamespot.com/xbox360/action/deadspace2workingtitle/review.html?tag=topslot;title;1

You now get the kill points if you takedown someone with second chance; even if they kill you when they're down.
