well yeah the reason I ask was coz i was always considering getting this turbo and talking to JoeyJoeJoe about him getting this setup made me wanna go for it even more! but then there's someone i know who is parting with his 2530 setup pretty soon and should be selling it to me for a reasonably cheap price so then i started to re-consider... (Sorry to hi-jack your thread by the way, Hamish!)

Not that I don't agree that Narre Warren is a hoon hotspot, but i'd have thought that the Dandenong/Noble Park areas would have been higher than Narre...

this turbo wouldn't be ideal as a daily driving setup would it? and by daily driving i mean...50% of me working = driving from client to client during the day 6 days a week

It was way too easy to be skeptical of the whole thing...even I was quick to say "YES I'LL BUY ONE" without actually thinking about it first...you had every right to doubt...i came to my senses after reading your posts about the issue... but never mind...we should all now be able to buy safely from named website thanks goes out to sickr33 for his groupbuy efforts gtstcoupe for being the guineapig and pattygtst for finding it in the first place even if no one took notice the first time sorry if i missed anyone!

Are they private sellers or car yards? If its private seller, maybe try asking the seller? *shrugs* worth a try? maybe he'd sell it seperately to u? Or maybe the car yard will for that matter?

good luck man. i've been lookin for a carbon bonnet lip for ages, with no luck...except for Mines...but i dont particularly feel like paying 500 odd plus shipping. but this "spoiler lip" sounds like something that's going to be even harder to find!

yeah exactly. ride height is another common one. even if that mustang was in aust, trying to use the "but the (insert make and model here) comes with a (car part in question) as standard!" excuse to the cops never works...
