  1. Perfect if you have no idea about R32 GTRs. If you got the 2 for 1 deal at spec savers you'd notice the kink on the right side of the radiator support. The front end doesn't line up properly.. Tool kit in the boot was in good condition so I held onto that.
  2. Ye that's my old car Ye my old car. Definitely not the best example going around, had a few things that were bothering me about it, hence why it ended up being sold through there. Lets just say auction sheets and even some of the inspectors of vehicles in Japan are very far from a reliable..
  3. You might have my old car. I don't know why but I remember that sticker. White 94 R32 GTR?
  4. Whats up with the radiator support? ends are blue and centre is black. :S
  5. bump guys. still after something clean
  6. Get the auction sheet. That will confirm kms and condition. No auction sheet = No deal from a dealer that is. If it's private. Definitely do an odo check because there is no liability to the seller.
  7. WTB: S13 Silvia After something complete and in good condition. Prefer manual turbo but will be happy with anything really as long as it's clean. Will pay good money for the right car!! Cash ready to go If you have something that may be of interest send me a message. Prefer it to be in Melbourne.
  8. Yep ripple will be there after PDR. Shit happens though.
  9. Well I found out that this was purchased as an order through Edward Lees. Not going to bother investing in a odo check knowing that. My search stops there.
  10. Apparently it cant be done for this car, I dont know why though. Unless the car was bought in a long time ago and only recently complied. The guy said he has owned it before 2014 so something is fishy.
  11. My mistake. 6U9000RPS13324682 Compliance plate date is 12/96
  12. Hey guys, I am looking at a 180SX Type X 6U9000RPS1332468. The car has been here for a long time and while it does look really clean I am concerned about the authenticity of the kms. Apparently it was imported with 30,000 kms on the clock and now has only done 40,000 kms. Owner claims that it's a 4.5A but has no way of verifying it . It has been registered so it's not a fresh import, just thinking as to how to go about authenticating the kms if the companies that offer the service don't go back far enough on some of the cars that have been here for a while. Any thoughts besides going based on condition alone? Thanks Edit* I realised I forgot to complete the title before posting
  13. Maybe you should take your own advice. Seams like you are like arsehole; full of shit.
  14. I don't think you will get anyone at $50k firm. Best keep it
  15. Just checking to see if this one is a V-SPEC II BNR34400662
  16. My friend had a car shipped over in a container (R34 GTR M-SPEC NUR) and I can safely say I prefer roll on/roll off. Car came with quite a few scuffs due to the straps they used to secure it and the edge of the drivers door had a nice curve from them opening the door onto the container wall due to limited space. Container is definately the safest option if you know care will be taken but almost usually its not. You have to remember how wide a car is and how wide a container is.
  17. I'm using a company called autohub so the quarantine is done already in Japan which is good. I just hope they don't use a forklift. Time will tell.
  18. Not so much worried about compliance. It's more when it's at the port. I have heard they use forklifts to move them around.
  19. Compliance workshop might have put some in some in. I have jusr heard that they don't do that at the port.
  20. Really? Same as that when it was at the port and it made it. Hope this one does.
