Yeah not a great story,but unfortunately this type of action does happen,as a few people have already said,i think for me having riding bikes all my life tend to have an appreciation for this not happening,so when i drive my 33 i never get the feeling to want to drift in the hills cause you know on a nice day my mates could be just round the next corner,so cleaning one up isnt a thought i want ever,its hard enough hearing about their almost stories,people buy these cars not really knowing how to drive them also an issue

give rare spares a call,they can get everything,if they havent gor them they will know where to get em

crash shop will use paint pens on chips but wont paint unless you ask then to fix,then its dollars you will have to spend,next time your out at sprints etc buy some polish,then after a wash itl take you 5 minutes with a rag,it takes nothing,whole car will only take an hour or two depending hw slow you want go. if after all that you still want detailed,let me know ill buz some mates from my old business cargromers if need b

the stuff on ya bumper is a burnt fuel etc mark,u'll have to polish it out,used to detail cars,and had it being a constant problem

of course you need to check that everything is in the right spot,ie timing marks,cam positions etc,but when you have these done and where you need to have them according to ya manual,then and only then any monkey with tools can do it,if unsure then of course pay someone,if you have a manual and time anyone can read and follow instructions,dont sell yourself short just because others give up and pay others to do there work for them,soft thats what i rekon,just my opinion

yeah check out spares places,cause where your blow off connects may be different from standard,not sure my plenum different,need to tighten up ya throttle cable though rekon,and clean up the dust,looks good though

hey mate you should be able to get one of the boys to come over to help you,only fools pay someone else to do it, except when specialised tools are needed, try to find info and someone to help 1st(unless you cant be bothered or dont have time),cant find info download manual from ns.com or buy one,then if you cant do it pay someone. Nothing is better than doing it yourself,then that way you understand your car and what you can talk about with others,rather than be like most who fake what they talk about.

i think everyone has heat stroke like me,relax peoples. i thought the day went well apart from the judging,when a kid that has no license,a dad that owns a dealership and has clearly more money and connections than us all mixed together wins almost all the f##king trophies,you have to say its all over no matter how mad you want to get over it. i mean the trophies went to cars worthy of them,just next time the owner really should claim the prize,not some spoilt kid with no idea,just my free thoughts on the day +1 on the dyno results etc boys,shame it wasnt running true though

ok guys for those of you that are just of your p plates,any car that comes out gets manufactured with certain specifics,this is called being standard,anything added or modified is called being changed,therefore isnt standard so is deemed to be allegal. its at this point in time when if u want to change the way the car comes out standard,then u need to go get raped in the a## from the government and pay through the nose to get a engineers certificate which states the mod and shows it has been made to a safe and acceptable standard(by certain legal boundaries/rules). Anything modified or changed that has not had this done is therefore running the risk of defect,depending on how the cops day has been,or how you deal with getting pulled over. A few people have said,itl be ok if you just take it easy they will leave you alone,id love to believe that was true,although anyone thats owned a done up car before knows that you may get away with this for a while,but it just takes that one cop that you havent seen yet,that doesnt like the way you or your car looks,and its regency time thankyou very much. engineer certs cost and arm and a leg,but worth it if you can get one,on that note anyone know one ha ha
