i very much doubt that its not absolute. Pretty much all car related stuff is in relative. Even if you did subract 101.325 kPa from it (1 atmosphere not one bar even tho they are close) it would run under .5 bar!!! thats stock skyline territory.

thanks trust33. umm it was bout 1300 all up. the front was bought separately from the skirts, and stock rear bumper. skirts were new and i bought em off some1 here, they were 250 delivered, can't remember how much painting was. the front was from pulse autostyling here in melb (imo they were not good to deal with) was cheapish tho. The skirts where from originally dmd image, predator off these forums got em then decided he didn't want em so i bought em. jun front 400r skirts and those pods will look pretty mad. I stooopidly backed into a mates fence on saturday (don't ask) not that bad damage but i might get a whole new rear bar anyway. i've always wanted a do luck one or a jun one but no one has copies of them.

i got them skirts, those ones sit really low.

where in melb could we pick it up? could we give cash on pick up? or do u have to buy it?

how could u really paint the inside of the mild steel pipes so that rust won't set in?

good job mate but as it is does the pod shield enclose with the bonnet? Also did u scratch ur car much in the making of it? I am currently making a heat sheild for my r33 gtst out of fibreglass which will seal better on the bottom as it moulds directly to the shape of the car. I am also having a lid which will utilise the standard snorkel. It is heaps more expensive than urs and way more labour intensive but i am just doing it for the wank factor i suppose but it will rock when finished, i don't really like the idea of using aluminium either as its thermal conductivity is pretty damn high. I am debating whether or not to make it fully enclosed or leave it open on the fender side (won't really get hot there) and also the front as there are a few holes where cold air can come from the front. N e ideas? n e wayz good stuff.

was cruising down the mornington peninsula tonite with my girl, on the way back get canaried for a bald tyre. Didn't really mind as i dont need a roady and the cop was real nice, i didn't even notice but the inside was down to the steel so it was a safety issue more than cops being bastards coz they can. yeah so i'm not allowed to drive the car till i get it fixed which is fair enuff. Wat does piss me off tho is that whilst having a stroll on the portsea pier we hear massive burnouts near the pub. We walk back to the car and its a white skyline (My car is also a white line 33). The cop goes we got a call and it was a white skyline where u down there i'm like yeah but there was another one (likely story from cops point of view...) The cop was nice; dunno if he believed me but didn't really push it as no one had plates. But i would not have gotten pulled over if that person didn't do stupid burnouts in public. So if ur reading this get a life mate don't do crap like that, that only makes us import drivers easier to scapegoat for all the bad SH1T that happens. GET A BRAIN. n e 1 got good ideas for tyres and prices? i'll need 235 45 r17's cheers.

does this effect normal central locking? or central locking hooked up to alarms? just out of curiousity my auto lock only locks the passenger door is it supposed to lock both doors? good info tho
