  1. Have you heard of the Bolwell Nagari? There has been a few of them in Targa over the years
  2. Hilux isn't too bad... Towing a fully loaded tandem with an Evo 9 (a lot heavier than what you tow) plus a tray/canopy full of fuel drums/spares/tools and 4 passengers and going from a v6 petrol to a diesel wasn't much of a change except for fuel economy. Sure its slower, but if you keep it on the boil in the hills they tow alright. Interior was a bit bland and out of date seats a little uncomfortable, just done a revision though which could be ok? For the money though the VW amorak is hard to look past, http://redbook.com.au/new-cars/compare.aspx?__Qpb=1&__Ns=p_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cp_ClassificationType_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Family_String%7c0%7c%7cp_Year_String%7c1%7c%7cp_SequenceNum_Int32%7c0&SearchAction=N&__N=2994%202951%204294942755%204294842769%203042%204294910743&silo=1301&CT=Compare&__Nne=15&Range=&trecs=9&__sid=1333AAB6E6CF
  3. Thread revival. Who's going to Rally Victoria? We are heading over and cross registering in the VRC/ARC. Pretty excited to be rallying again after a long break. Actually gonna be a bit of a task as ive never written notes under such controlled recce and the driver has never driven on them! Car has spent a few months in Victoria in the good hands of Johnny Down and Melbourne Performance Centre. Now making plenty of grunt through the midrange, and it should be a totally different car to drive with some new diff maps (and ABS disabled!), handling issues sorted and most importantly decent brakes! Anyone else entered or going for a look? Dates are 11-12th November
  4. Ill have to get a pic of the dry cell in the Evo. Simply bolted between the rear strut towers, rubber insulating over the terminals and a bit of mudflap over the top of it to protect.

  7. Sorry to hear mate, I hope he is on the mend. The one thing I can say is if you don't make it, Octagon are very accomodating in transferring your entry to future events. Don't know of many other organisations that do that.

  12. take a look on my105 at all the cars that have been for sale for months, some over 12 months. Car is a depreciable asset and is only worth what the next person is willing to pay!
