yeah "popping" at higher revs but at idle more just really rough or jerky... it would sound like it was running on 5 cylinders. Or like an old 70's VW haha Thanks for the links, I'll check em out. Hopefully it doesn't come back!

ok just a follow up on this... did an oil change and thought I'd check out the plugs/coil packs but I couldn't get the long bit of plastic off without pulling a million other things off so i gave up, stupid bitch of a thing.. Anyway... as well as an oil and filter change, I cleaned and re-oiled my pod, which was FILTHY.. and the problem has gone It's really bizarre and I don't know why, but I'm happy that I don't seem to need coil packs after all!

I'd be happy to offer a lift but I'm staying close to the track It might have been mentioned (haven't read back thru the thread) but if you want to meet some of the NSW SAU'ers make sure you come say hi at our tent on turn 2!

Welcome! My R33 has been sitting around not doing much.... am going to enter it in the upcoming Wakie track day and look at selling it after that, I won't want much for it. Let me know if you're still looking in a couple of months. It's a stockers series 1, nothing special but it would make a good track car and it doesn't attract the wrong kind of attention when driving around town
