How good is the use of the synths both musically and for effect(s) on "Songs of Faith and Devotion"..... imo genius. British/Euro synth pop/rock was probably at it's finest in the 80's.
+1. I lost interest in the whole speed thing as soon as I realised I could do it (with guitar that is). I very occasionally still use some of those techniques but I've lost most of the speed and accuracy and to be honest I not really inclined to get it back either. I get into pretty much anything - numetal
That's why I find it very disappointing that most only ever hear the melody. I too used to play drums (never my first instrument) badly and I f**kin' love all rhythm parts especially guitar and bass although a finely tuned piccolo snare and a nice 16th hat pattern can be alot fun too....
Like most sports there is always the armchair experts, who realistically know sweet FA! Then there's the ones who take every word a commentator has to say as gospel even though they might be biased because of their nationality or it's simply their team or national side playing..... Occasionally though there are some callers who know what they're on about and aren't one eyed....
Can't wait for the GP tonight.... all Toyota front row.
Vettel should do well and as suspected the Ferrari's were carrying a little more fuel than most in Q3.
All will be revealed in qualifying with weights being published afterwards. I'm thinking it was better to watch in previous years without knowing the car weights.....
Very interesting practice session, both Ferrari's in the top 5..... Vettel faster than Webber and wtf, Piquet went faster than Alonso!!
Truth will be told however in qualifying later tonight where no one can hide from the scales....
