Actually it looks like Chin gets out of the throttle, chooses to not drive into Pasta and tucks in behind.
It doesn't look that different from the pics.
I still reckon there is another issue to be fixed so changing the turbine housing will be a winner in the long run but if you will still need to leak/smoke test the intake and review your exhaust for restriction.
I understand what you are saying.
If the response is as good as reported (like Lith is saying) and they don't grenade themselves they should be a good thing when more filter down here and we get more local results.
That turbine housing isn't going to cause shitty boost response but it will cap power output.
The poor boost response will be an intake leak, exhaust restriction or actuator setup issues IMO.
or for $260 you can buy a Nistune. Sure it needs to be fitted and tuned but then again so does the voltage bender plus you get a whole lot more for your money with a fully tunable ecu.
I would save your money and do it the better way.
The best people to ask would be the turbo shop that built it assuming there is no cartridge number on the side. To get an answer you need to give information.
220rwkw at a guess.
Is he far enough up the side for Hamo to leave him a car width? It kinda looks like he was.
If Maldonado didn't back out at the apex of the first turn then it was always going to end in tears when Hamo turned into the apex of the next corner.
