No, but "powerful" can mean a lot of things. 1000HP is a lot of power, but if its not delivered till 8000RPM is it really that powerful in the real world? To drag out the age-old Mines "Response" R34, that's what I call a truely powerful car: not only does it have power in abundance, but it can actually get it down to the ground, and its useable from pretty much anywhere in the rev range. I have massive respect for that car, whereas another 1000HP dyno queen bores me (or even a car like FLYBYE after reading last months SPEED).
Mr (or Mrs) X. will surely have some idea of the "type" or power they want ie. down low, up high, etc.
