  1. working all weekend , no time to have a social life with friends anymore. I get every Wednesday and Thursday off, when all my mates are working. Cant wait for my injectors & HID kit to arrive....injectors are going to be sitting around for awhile, need to save up for new turbo & hi flow cat, install of turbo/manifold/dump/hi flow cat/injectors/haltech/ & of course a tune. So car should be seeing about 250rwkw in 1-3 months *sigh*
  2. I saw a front end loader with a smiley face painted on the scoop....that's as exciting as it gets for me atm.
  3. I'm also in, pm sent.
  4. I was gonna say something about this event, but it isn't the same one i was thinking, as there is also another drift school being planned for around the same time. Going over 2 days, 3 R33 Skylines to use, and costs about $500, once i get an email about it i shall post more details.
  5. In the next few weeks/months, when i make up my mind on my turbo choice, ill be going from 149rwkw to about 250 or more.
  6. Just copy the files off of the cd/dvd onto a flash drive and run them from there on the laptop, or transfer the files across a network.
  7. I believe to make a RB27 out of a RB25 you also need to do a 2mm bore as well so you get the extra displacement. I am not too sure, as finding info on this is near impossible for me, whenever i really search its pretty much about the Jun or Tomei stoker kits.
  8. I remember an add in some PCPP mags, of a ninja holding a gaming network card....ummmm, was called....Killer. But i don't reckon you would see much difference between a $20 10/100/1000 and a $200 gaming network card for normal everyday use, with a bit of lanning. As for server work, yes i could see a difference there, but why go to that extent for just basic use.
  9. I wanna be different, so i am thinking of a Rb25/26 (RB27) conversion, i think someone in SAU:Perth did one. It had around 400rwkw, saw it in a old HPI mag, i don't wanna go to the same extent he did, but finding info is near impossible. Anyone like to help out later down the track when i blow my engine up and rebuild to a RB27? ATM i am planning for around 250rwkw or above. I have nismo 740cc injectors on the way, have front/dump pipe & exhaust manifold, a Haltech e11v2, and still deciding on either a GT3071R or GT3076R. The guy i bought the front/dump pipe from had a GT3076R making 280rwkw on a RB25, was saying when it hit boost was just wheel spin.
  10. :S Hopefully to me, PM and Payment Hopefully sent about injectors.
  11. PM and Payment sent about the HID's and Injectors
  12. Or you use Mozilla Firefox with the No script add on. Hmmm, to go to villis this week or not?
  13. All i saw was the "11% More Flow By Removing The Mesh" i thought it was a stab at Ruby...had another look then saw the rest It doesn't really say anything about more Performance, just more flow through the AFM, which in turn could equate to more performance. I would still leave it on though...even though i am getting rid of my AFM shortly for a MAP.
  14. How much for the Nismo injectors posted to Adelaide?
  15. I am interested, does it come with the O2 Sensor? Any gaskets or studs included?
  16. I shall be there at about 7pm...heading there straight after work.
  17. I would be keen.....if i wasn't working every Sunday till 4pm
  18. Could this be it? http://www.springcarnationals.com/

    Help !

That would sound right in any car with a airbag i would say. As it would be saying there is either 1. a problem with the airbag that needs to be checked by a pro, or 2. it has gone off and needs to be replaced/reset by a pro. So if you disconnect the battery, the ECU or whatever wont be running to detect if it has or hasn't been tampered with.
  20. Was bored one night, so i decided to see what the inside of the intake plenum of my VS commodore looked like. Once i took the top off i started putting the screws back in, so i would loose them. I didnt do one screw up tight enough, so as i leaned off of the body to do something else, the car rose up which then somehow made the screw fall into the intake plenum and down one of the runners. I only knew that happened as i heard the "tink" as it fell down into the runner, luckily the mechanic around the corner knows me a bit, and was nice enough to lend me a tool to get it out. If i couldn't have gotten it out, me and my mate where gonna pull the engine down....would have been fun, maybe.
  21. Why not try and find a replacement screen on ebay and replace it yourself, it isnt that hard, if you dont feel comfortable to do it yourself, i can do it. Replacement screens go for about $150-$250. If ya need any help let me know, i have been pulling laptops apart at work recently as our store has started doing minor repairs.
  22. it does sound good.
