thats why i want the speed limiter removed for track days , plus i've had vast experience with advanced driver training in the past so im im quite capable at handling high speed driving , NOT IN ANYWAY WOULD I CONDONE DRIVING FASTER THAN THE RECOMENDED SPEEDS ON OUR PRISTINE ROADS !!!!

i'm with you cam , getting older you tend to focus on value for dollar , i think the nm35 represents that down to a T, not as raw and racey as s1 / s2 more a complete package, everthing in moderation, with potential to improve !!!!!!!

do all jap cars have 180km/h speed limiters eg: nm35 axis , and how are they removed, do jaycar make a kit, they make about everything else ????

Try not to use vortex premium quite a few people have poo poo'ed the fuel, smelly and not as good as other high octane fuels , eg - shell , bp , mobil. have a look there are some threads on this site that will open your eye's .

not many importers have 2003 m35 axis in stock , and have a deadline for a new vehicle, about a month , so im limited , the ones i've seen either have to many km's or they are 2002 models , i need a 2003 for tax puposes ,stat tax rightoff if you know what i mean, to find one, then import it, get compliance about 3 months , thats if i locate what i want , any suggestions guy's

so are there any direct fit turbo upgrades , wont a better cooler lower intake temps thus increasing power marginally ???

thanks jules , what no-one has had them on a dyno yet with any mods, i was hoping for around 40+awkws, but don't know how well these cars respond to mods. i located a nice white axis in south aus ,july 2003 build, 44k kms , grade 4b , cargo barrier , all the usuals , no sun roof though , but cant have everything , spoke to ben at northshore , he only had the black axis 2002 nice , but black is a pain in the arse , thanks for all your input, regards alan,
