  1. Bought your RX8 yet?
  2. Wasn't the oil a 0w40? Was pretty sure that was what I was using. As for the temps and when VTC kicks in, I'm not too sure how it all works, I should start reading up and see if I understand any of it haha...
  3. Well they are concentrating on other areas unsecured loads are not as life threatening as other things.
  4. Oh crap, just realised I never replied. Thought I did, maybe I closed the window before it posted. Anyway when I said just do it I meant changing the VTC revised cover that Nissan has. Some of the other forums have done this and seems to have fixed it. If you don't know what I'm talking about I'll find the posts. I thought we spoke about this before....can't remember now
  5. Yeah my first too, a freaking ladder lol, never thought I'd run into one on the fwy. There's a hole in the bumper now, hopefully the insurers are gonna replace it and not do a patch job or it....I'd be royally pissed. Basically I was driving on the right most lane and going past cars and suddenly all the cars on other lanes infront of me were jam braking so I thought maybe cop but I was at the limit and they were slower so couldn't be. So I braked lightly since there was a car behind me....and here comes a ladder, opened sliding across the fwy....decided to jam brake at this point since the car behind me would have seen me slowing down already and also if I didn't I would have probably hit is just as it was coming into the lane and either a) I would drive over it and do more damage to my car or b) it would bounce of my car and hit the car next to me on the left and continue bouncing back n forth. So yea, braked enough so I wouldn't get rear ended and just enough that it would just bounce to the divider. Jeez....hate people...why can't you secure your shit properly...
  6. Yea I'm ok. I couldn't avoid it cause one car behind me and one to my left. I slowed to about 80kms but still. Tonkin between great eastern exit and collier exit. Damn ladder was open and sliding from left lane to the right. Whoever the f**ker is I hope karma gets him
  7. So this happened. Ran into a f**king ladder on Tonkin Hwy. Don't know which car dropped it but all 3 lanes jammed braked. And I on the right most lane hit it. Fark

  23. Haha I'm 29. Back is very good now. Havent had issues for the last year. Definitely going in right direction. My PT is good as he specialises in sports injury and the likes. We did a lot of core work for a long time. Now can feel all that suffering is paying off!! Used to go for massages etc. now don't need it much at all deep heat definitely helps especially in this weather
  24. Haha I'm 169cm. 72kg is enough lol anymore I'll be worried cause the moment I stop gymming I'll put a lot more on lol. Back was just injury from work. Inflamed and disc slip. Fell down. Knee I'm not too sure how I got it. Knees hurt when I exert too much pressure. Was prob wear n tear from high school but when I started gymming I did a lot of legs. Leg press I got to 220kg in 3 months and then started hurting heaps so had to stop. Went for MRI on right knee after a year and half or so (only cause I was going for Everest Base Camp trek). There was a hair line fracture on the muscle. The trek went surprisingly well. No issues on back or knees. Now all I can do for knees are a lot of stretching and rolling out muscles esp during cold weather. Might go for another MRI and see if it's gone and maybe find out why it's still hurting? A small tear like that should heal relatively quick but the pain has been there for a very long time. Shrugs.
