  1. Fusions should be fine to run off the headunit. It's mainly once you start amplifying them that they get all distorted and crackly. But I'd be going for the Pioneers for sure mate, good brand
  2. lol who you callin a redneck Jean? DEY TOOK OUR JERRRBSS
  3. They definitely are not 6" in the front. I bought a set of Pioneer 6" for my S2 and they were too small. Had to get a spacer that sized it down to 6" from 6.5. Your best bet would be to get a set of 6.5" speakers. JB Hi Fi have a sale on at the moment. Like i said though, It was only the fronts that I have changed so far, so the rears may be slighter smaller. Won't know til this weekend Best of Luck!
  4. Spotted a Silver S2 RS4S on Goodwood road heading northbound at about 12:30pm today. Very Tidy. Mine was quicker though
  5. Cheers Freddy It definitely deserves more power alright, all on the cards
  6. Morphett Vale, Pearl White. I reckon I've seen you on Main South rd a few times before.
  7. And by a "Good" Body shop, I meant yourself, with a fiberglass kit and a carton
  8. Found this Badboy. http://www.nengun.com/auction/item/m88615965 Doesn't have that line through the middle of it or the mesh behind it either. but I'm sure if you know a good body shop they might be able to add those bits in!
  9. Yo Chris, Let me know if you ever find one of those Grilles bro! I live round the corner from you and would be keen to suss out what it looks like in context. Cheers
  10. Hey Mate, Would definitely be keen on one (or two) of these but have a few questions first. 1. Are you able to supply and fit the terminals if the additional $8.00 is paid? Or make it $10 for your troubles. 2. How can you access the Attessa bottle behind the Amplifier on the Drivers side? 3. What does the Passenger Sub box attach to and vise versa for the Drivers side? Really cool enclosure though mate! Will lay down a deposit once I get paid Cheers
  11. Ok cheers for that guys. I'll look at the Highflow option then I guess. Might have to save the pennies up for the time being @dirtyRS4, good spot mate! Not many people know what kind of kit it is
  12. If you've only had the car for a short while then it might also be worth taking it to Wheel and Suspension place to ensure your balanced and aligned correctly. Mine was out when I got it imported and I was chewing down heaps of fuel (daily). Got the wheels balanced and aligned and it was all sweet. Getting about 450-500 per tank now.
  13. Can't say I've had any issues Bob.. What Browser are you running? I'm using Mozilla Firefox and haven't had any problems.
  14. haha Cheers mate!
  15. Cheers Bob, I figured as much mate. Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and get my Turbo Highflowed then. I'll have a chat with my new Tuner about power output with existing mods (I thought I would have cracked 200 as well)... Cheers.
  16. Hey Guys, I'm Looking at potentially starting the next lot of upgrades for my S2 RS4 (depending on results and costs). I have some questions around this before I begin. Currently I'm running: Blitz FMIC, Nistune board 4, Splitfire Coilpacks, Drift POD, HKS Turbo Actuator, 3.5" Turbo Back exhaust, Blitz i-colour Boost Controller @ 12PSI and Walbro 500HP fuel pump, Project MU Brakes. After getting tuned at Turbo Tune, the car was able to produce 180AWKW. My question is: What kind of power gains can I expect without upgrading the Turbo (is it pointless doing this?). What I mean is, If I upgrade my injectors to 440CC and get a Z32 AFM+Tune, will it be beneficial to me without upgrading the Turbo? If so, can anyone estimate the kind of gains I'd be looking at, or whether it would be worth it without upgrading the turbo? The reason I ask this is because my Budget is limited (like most of us) and I can't afford to upgrade my turbo and do the rest at the same time. Here's a few pics of my Stag, been a member of these forums for ages and never put any pics up Cheers
  17. I agree with Ryan, I was running the standard air box on my S2 C34 and have noticed nothing but an improvement since fitting a POD. Not only that but the zorst sounds deeper too and throttle response is greater.
  18. Looking good mate, definitely keen to do something like this. Does the Amp insert come out easily? What kind of access do you have to the 4WD bottle behind your amp?
  19. Looks really good mate, I've been looking at doing something like this for my Stag!
  20. Yeah man my wallet is usually pretty light after parking there but unfortunately for me, I'm a creature of convenience. And starting work at 4:50am means no buses..
  21. Also Spotted yesterday at roughly 2:00 - 2:30pm heading down start of Marion road, Darlington. Blue C34, Possibly Zeke??
  22. Spotted White S2 (dayz) on Goodwood road, Pasadena @ about 2pm today. exchanged waives
  23. Meant to ask Ryan, You still parking at Topham?
  24. Yeah man I understand from a power point of view, but I'm not looking at doing the piping for any power gains, I'm doing it to tidy up my engine bay. The stock stuff is fine but if I wanted a car to keep stock then I would have bought something else. Cheers for the advice though.
