Your right Lithium... i rang up GCG and got a price on the EFR9180 which wasn't to bad at all price wise. might give them a call tomorrow and check pricing on the EFR8374 as i think this would best suit my setup.. does anyone know some running these turbos yet? a dyno graph or something?   4. its a track car mainly for curcuit racing but i want to do some draging as well. the motor is dry sumped & built etc.. going to run e85 and want to rev the car to around 8000RPM would like 450RWKW any more is a bonus,..

Hey Guys, whats peoples thoughts on this turbo; Borg Warner s366 with extended tip. spec; Twinscroll T4 flange V band out beveled 4.21" Full Marmon flange .91 turbine a/r Flows upto 80lbs/min Supports upto 800hp included: T4 mounting gasket and oil drain gasket Turbine housing V band outlet can be machined down to a flat 4" upon request after purchase if desired Looking at selling the GT35 T3 1.06 for this... whats peoples thoughts? its going onto a RB30 Twin cam??

Hey Guys, got an rb30 twin cam built and almost ready to drop into my car, just wanna see if my turbo setup will be efficent enough for 400rwkw i have a GT35 with T3 1.06 rear housing on a HKS split pulse top mount manifold. i am using a T3-t4 adaptor plate that is around 1 inch thick. my questions are; will the T3 exhaust housing be restrictive? i have someone that wants to buy my turbo should i sell it and buy the new GTX35 with t4 rear housing? should i get a splut pulse exhaust housing to match my manifold? will if be better is these are matched? or should i keep what i got? Thanks in advance guys.. Dan

  13. Hey Guys, we dummy fitted the rb30 into the S14 today with all the dry sump gear there was to my surprise more then enought rrom to fit raddiator etc... we already pulled it out and are going to start screwing the rest together tomorrow.. let the fun begin.

Hey guys, I have a built RB30 twin cam with RB26 head & chasing around 400kw at treads on E85. i was just going to use the standard RB26 intake manifold. anyways i was reading somewhere that becuase of the clutch master cylinder & the design of the two rear runners on the standard intake manifold it can cause problems with fuel/air mixture in cylinders 5 & 6 with high HP cars. is this a myth or what? Whats do all you guys run in the 400 club? Thanks guys

Hey Guys, I just picked up my block yesterday from machine shop. i asked them to supply me with bearings to suit, when i went down there yesterday he had King Bearings - Precision bearings - i have heard of this brand just not to many people using them.. Should i use the bearings or should i just go back to him and get ACL? Thoughts? By the way motor has all bells & whistles etc etc with GT35R

Just so everyone knows, there are kits now being sold in America for Engine & gearbox mounts for RB series into s13/s14 chassis - surley they can be modded to fit a s15... i got the kit, arrived the other day looks quality. hope i can get the motor finished & stick it in the car mid Jan to see how it all sits. the motor is dry sumped so ill be sitting it as low as possible. will take pics in a month or so.
  19. Jim Berry has recommended i use a RB30 NON TURBO manual flywheel - which is what i am using....
  20. hey guys i recently brought a jim berry full monty clutch with 4000lbs clampin press & was going to run a non turbo VL manual flywheel is this ok to use? motor is rb30/26 with gt35 1.06 in a silvia power around 350-400rwkw
