  1. wankers
  2. chucked an ad on Centrelink classifieds for ya
  3. Good to hear mate! yeah, I'm thinking outrageously illegal internal screamer? Deal. Makes me remember when my first one was flogged last year....you're lucky though, mine was slid up a gutter and (financially) written off.
  4. Happy bday mang!! hahahaha
  5. Lame. That, and it's 6:21pm on this day (5 years from now), as it was set in California (I think, didn't find this info myself) which is at this stage of the year 17 hours BEHIND us.
  6. Slightly amusing how few people have voted against.
  7. Oil in the cylinder head won't be the end of the world - anything that's collected in this oil will be. Could be rocker-cover gasket leaking....degrease it, hose it out, let it dry (perhaps even assist it with a compressor) then remove them.
  8. yep. I remember coming across the bit regarding engineering certs somehow though
  9. He's trying to cook some gear. see: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ne...-S-t327749.html
  10. Thanks Chris, posted on Centrelink boards
  11. and a few other people's wallets
  12. someone gimme an image dangit. Just one.
  13. I service mine every 5000-7000kms with Motul 8100 full synth and new filter. The colour of the oil...well, can't really describe that one can ya all I can say is that it looks healthy, not VERY black at all. Still a good dark shade of golden brown verging strongly on black. Car has 149,000 on the clock, had leaks on rocker gaskets that were hardly bad (fixed now) but doesn't lose any oil at all. Most I've gone between service was 9000kms, but as soon as it got around 5000 I was checking oil level and colour frequently. This service interval consisted of a few easy going highway runs between sydney and canberra though, with very little hard driving.
  14. putting advertisement up in Centrelink classifieds board for you too man....don't spose I could trouble you to rehost that image? If you could just upload it to SAU as an attachment that would be super, so I can attach it to the add. Stupid Centrelink proxy not allowing imageshack/photobucket even WITH my uberhax internet privileges >.<
  15. you WATCHED it get stolen?? oh f**k man, that sucks. Whereabouts? Time and location help. I'll keep an eye out
  16. Unsure, ACT should recognise NSW engineering certificate (though I don't think they have to be accepted), so I'd hope it was the other way as well.
  17. Yeah I know the feeling, and I only did 3 weeks away from the gym You should buy 2 build RB26's, remove sump, hand through bottom of block, and hold that crank like a dumbbell. I've never been any good with the biceps even after the 3 weeks though I can still do 3x10 reps of dips with +15kg
  18. Soon you'll be benching the 31 for a warmup.
  19. A1 supplements having 12% discount sale on everything to celebrate launch of new website, PM for promo Just thought I'd let ppl know
  20. RICH+RETARDED Well, 12psi would be pissing on the limit for R+R, 14 would definitely cause it. Do the above and drop boost down, perhaps even further to be sure. If you don't have the same problem, you know what it was.
  21. errr hax. My 2mbps feels like driving a lancer compared to this shit.
  22. Not a belt squeal? Bearing on alternator or something? EDIT: yeah I know these aren't turbo related, but what else can we do
  23. air leak? check joins in cooler/intake piping, make sure they're tight or take them apart and put back together again ensuring they seal correctly. If you still get induction sound as normal from the turbo, but also getting this high pitched squeal and no boost, sounds like air is leaking out after the turbo
