and back to the topic; I've owned a few cars for my age (25) i've had: A datsun pulsar, ford xb and xd (boats), 74 rover p6b 3l v8 (awesome car, taxi wrote it off), vw Kombi, vb commonwhore 4.2 v8, 83 subi wagon, 84 subi wagon wrx running gear (still have). So I think it's fair to say that my new s2 stagea is the best car I've had and it's the only car I've seriously thought about keeping for the rest of my dayz (apart from the rover). But it's hard to say if it will be the last car I buy.........

I've type B remote start option I think, start stop, alarm. But it doesn't work. Didn't work for the guy I bought it off either, any ideas of how to fix where to look. There might be a secret switch somewhere

Hey! Just bought my stag last week. c34 rs s2, 77k he had it for 12k got it for 9900, good price? Would like to run the numbers through fast if possible? Had it checked out just needed new rear tyres (rwd) and new oil filter! Is due for a service though. I was wondering about the grille, it seems that most are black with chrome outer lining (do you know what i mean?). But mine is fully black, and the paint is chipping to reveal chrome? Was wondering if it's been painted or if it may have came out stock all black or as an option? If it wasn't stock, why would you do that? What do you reckon?

Well im not from the central coast, but I just bought a stagea too and as you can see by this dancing banana I am very happy with it. Was the perfect car for me, plenty of power and I can still fit my great dane in the back!

Well actually my first car was the original datsun pulsar (was lots of fun out on the farm), but I was too young to have it on the road......legally I've just bought a 2000 stagea rs s2, i'd decided a stagea was the perfect car for me. This one was advertised for $12000 with 77k on the clock, and I got it for $9900 It was love at first sight. I'm hoping for a few steady upgrades over the years.
