I would expect less power on a hot day with any car. Just another reason why dyno figures cant really be trusted. This doesnt alter the fact that I got a reading of 195rwkw
True, long term exposure to 13psi is probably tempting fate, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I've been running 13psi for over 12 months now.
