  1. Duncan Front rotor old price $1690 each now $1166, pads old price $1840 now $825, rear rotors old price $1440 each now $990 pads old price $1342 now $920.
  2. Hi Guys The genuine pads and rotors have come down in price now just over half as much, guess they got sick of them sitting on the shelf.
  3. 2009 spec "return springs" will reduce the rattle, they changed the design on the 2010 car and this is a very common complaint, the design change was to stop rear pad squeal (which wasn't an issue) but made the rattle issue worse.
  4. RCCC What happen to your pleasant reply !!!!
  5. Instead of bitching here why not speak to the dealer and see what they can do for you, I'm guessing it will be more than anyone here can !!
  6. AU spec R35's don't have this feature, 370Z does and not sure about 2010 spec R35.
  7. All qualified GTR techs have removed engines and gearbox as part of their training so I'm sure they'll manage , at the end of the day it's still a car held together with nuts and bolts.
  8. It's not the dealer who makes the call if it's warranty or not, that's up to Nissan.
  9. It's not the dealership that has the final say it's Nissan, the dealership doesn't warrant or build the car Nissan does, and I think you'll find that this issue is in the process of being resolved !!!!!
  10. Without being rude it's normally "pilot error", that cause the grabbing in reverse, and yes they all have that low speed 1-2 clunck-bang shift. To get around the reverse grab if you keep the throttle open (even just a little) you'll find it alot smoother, I think this is because once the throttle is open the clutch is engaged or engaging and as soon as it see a closed throttle it disengages the clutch then you put some throttle on and it starts all over again, I hope that makes sense.
  11. The only possible reason you'd want or even think about a R35 with a H pattern shift is if you've never driven a R35 !!!!
  12. I doubt very much anyone has run on the Dunlops as nearly all the cars here are premium spec which come with the Bridgestones.
  13. How noisey is it with the Mines kit ??? The HKS kit sounds great but is very noisey and would piss you when cruising (I know who wants to cruise).
  14. Duncan Front pads about $2000 and the rotors about $1700 each for gen brem, I mean nissan.
  15. Well got see and hear this beast last night, OMFG. The workmanship of the HKS kit is second to none but very noisey BUT what a sound !!!! Can't wait to see how it goes once the rest of the mods are finished.
