    Keep in the car Can't count the number of times my tools have come useful in various situations out in a 20+ year old car. This one fits perfectly in the footwell behind driver; zero movement.

    It's rehab with lighter weights; her injuries seem to respond better and deadlift and squat technique has improved a lot since doing the reset. The other reason is to give the body and muscles a rest and a different rep range to work with. I've done a couple of resets myself using high rep sets of low weight and, building up the weight each week, when I return to the lower rep weights I can knock out a few more than I used to.
