  1. Good modification to make your car faster in the corners. Notice I said "in" and not "through".
  2. Alright. We forgive you. BUT MY TOMMY GUN DON'T YAHAHAHA YAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA
  3. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaron
  4. Guessing the spider that guards the gate didn't do his job
  5. How do you know it was someone who has been to your house? Obviously came prepared, that or there were more than a few people to carry that many wheels...but were they hidden from cover or something?

As long as you have safety bars in place at the right height, you're not going to break your neck. The body tips over forward and you end up on your knees with the safety bars taking the load, before this happens. If you feel like this, you need to tilt the head up higher, chest out further and shoulders back further.
  7. That's good man!
  8. Benchmarks aren't everything though, quantity over quality sometimes. An example being that BF4 is made for ATI cards, so similar specs and benchmarks will still favour the ATI in an FPS contest. Bitcoin mining being another. But not all rendering is equal, and drivers/support/control/OC are very good in the NV house. 290 seems like very good value all round.

Do you have safety bars to catch it?
  10. Such tein Too squeak
  11. Number of sets varies for me, sometimes I do 2 and sometimes I do 5. All depends how much time I have left, how the shoulder is feeling and how fatigued my muscles are. Rest is usually about 3 minutes between sets. One thing I had found to help with pull-ups is to do them slowly. You would think hanging there for longer / slower reps would disadvantage you, but it's speed that hurts because it throws your body balance off / starts you swinging, which upsets the motion and costs you reps. Slow and steady leaves you hanging nicely and every rep is without a swing.
  12. 90kg x 10 130kg x 10 165kg x 5 180kg x 2 Have pulled back on 1RM training for the time being, to focus on getting my volume up. 165kg for 5 is a new pb in that department. Will try for 6 next time, or up the weight to 167.5kg. Once volume comes up to, say...180kg for 5...I'll head back to 1RM and try passing 200kg.
  13. As with all medicines, different people can have different reactions. The most important factor here is dosage, which is usually responsible for most adverse reactions to melatonin - people taking too much! Consider that melatonin is a naturally occurring chemical within everyone's brain, so taking it is a "supplementation" rather than an additive. As it is naturally occurring, it is not an adverse reaction to melatonin, but an adverse reaction to the dosage. Start small and work your way up until positive effects are felt. If you only feel negative effects from it, simply stop. It won't kill you!
  14. Yep, turns out Paul was quite disabled... http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2004/02/03/1075570390890.html I do remember being in a couple of schoolyard tussles with him...you don't expect people to grow into pedos...but I guess someone has to grow into them...
  15. This is what I was saying to her the other day. Vermont primary had like one autistic kid in the whole school...Collin Edwards(?). Maybe Paul Cudmore too, if you remember him.
  16. Maybe you should start by saying how much you have to spend on the vehicle and what you would like to do as far as goals with it.
  17. So Dezz is buying a 100k+ car eh

Agreed Nick, you can find ways around injuries and the body has remarkable healing ability that surpasses even the greatest of medical discoveries. As is the theory behind osteopathic treatment, I guess. I still have my shoulder injury, always will...it flares up and I have to ice it...but I'm still benching more than ever You just find ways to deal with it and not let it stop you from living your life. Of course need to be smart about it too, and rest where needed plus rehab / take it easy heading back into things.
  19. lol @ burnouts having anything to do with Paul Walker or Fast/Furious. What a loving tribute / excuse to be a jackass.
  20. Do want windex coloured beer
  21. In SG all you need is air con. I'd take a hardwood floor and air com over a waterbed and luxury furnishings! Also agree with the place to sleep theory. Luxuries are awesome, but not justified if you're spending enough time outside the hotel. I do like a clean/easy bathroom though.
  22. That's correct. Had no muscle as a teenager. I was the weakest kid in school, literally got beaten by a girl at an arm wrestle in year 7. Mind you, girls are huge in year 7. So yeah you gotta understand how even more surprising being anything above average, whether looks or strength, is for me! lol @ old film photograph, showing your age? Kids these days wouldn't have any developed photos of themselves.
  23. You might even find a bottle of Absolut in your bar fridge if you're lucky
  24. I didn't have a six pack lol, I was nothing but a skinny kid with no muscle. Made me so happy every kg I gained at the gym, whether muscle or fat, using one of those old scales that you slide the weight along until it balances!
