  1. Are there any Z-tunes in Oz?? Apparently there are only 4 Nur's around.
  2. Stock as 258kW on the wheels - hmmmm, expected that to be a bit higher. 25% loss.
  3. My fault - I misread the ad. So - this guy ended up with a massive S8 sedan, no GT-R and no R8 or R8 V10 - mmmm, rivetting story. At least we can guess that his favourite colour is silver, I'm pretty sure I'm correct there
  4. R35 GT-R fire truck
  5. Mate almost killed himself the other day in his VE - brake to the floor issue as well - master cylinder just died, no warning whatsoever. Hmmm, gimme dodgy looking leather any day and not this brake issue.
  6. Max - the leather in that Falcon is probably the best quality component of the entire car
  7. TP, post some pics and price guide, if possible.
  8. . Customercomplaint_1.pdf
  9. This topic - perfect example why this is one of the best forums around. I simply cannot believe that nobody is talking shyte about the HSV or the Mitsu, just all nice and useful advice, great job guys/gals. Personally, haven't ever driven the HSV so I cannot comment, but with an Evo - they are just cheap, this cheapness takes away from the driving expereince, experience that is dynamically unreal. I'd go the R33 GTR if I were you.
  10. silver demo
  11. If he is gonna put me down just because I currently cannot afford the R35 then he is an arrogant c#ck. Guess for people like Gibbo its all about how much money you got, that is the only reason I took an offence to his post. I'm not here to flame the R35, nor to insult other forum members, and that is a fact.
  12. Maybe you should learn how to drive.
  13. Maybe, maybe never - but Jeff just because you are some rich, arrogant cocksucker that can afford to buy a 170K car it doesn't mean we should take your opinions as 2 cents worth.
  14. Everybody is saying that its light years ahead of any other previous GT-R - OK, gimme 170K, and I reckon that I could buy and make the R34 GT-R V-Spec II Nur annihilate any R35 GT-R, modded or not. Seriously people - with R35 extra weight I do believe that lighter, modded R34 would be better. Then of course, you have to look at the cost to modd the R35 - 20K, 50K, where is the limit. So you will end up with the 250K car, and I do reckon that a tuned R34 would still be better - 200kg less weight in stock trim is alot of weight to carry through corners.
  15. Yes - but they could do it versus that 427 or what ever its called, and see how that performs against the Sir GT-R
  16. I do agree with Munro - who the hell needs a satnav. Unless I drive to an unknown location few times per week I seriously reckon its just another gizmo nobody really needs.
  17. Maybe sounds like a funny question - but why is this car not on carsales.com.au Its funny since I cannot believe that people do not advertise on carsales - I've actually found another 2 really clean looking R34 GT-R V-spec's on the carpoint, not advertised on CS, I could bet money lot of prospective buyers would not have even seen those ads.
  18. Far out dude - I feel for you. The problem is with this 40-50K price range toys is that you can get a near new Evo-X or STI and most people buy those things since they novate lease.
  19. So, so. just wondering you know - are you keeping this baby, or you still thinking of selling to a good home.
  20. Damn - that's a nice R32, wih the R34 engine, correct, or its just a paint job on the cover. 25K you reckon - hmmmm.
  21. Ah ok - cool, very helpful. Thanks.
  22. This bumper with the gills on the left hand side, was that an optional extra?
  23. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/dealer...4&silo=1011 Talking about dodgy = whatta phark.
  24. If you live there and own one there for 12 months - landed, and registered in oz it will cost you a tad over 100K, in todays exchange rate.
  25. Can anyone advise if it is possible to differentiate V-Spec/V-Spec II and the normal GT-R's using VIN or something else. I understand that V-spec/II has a CF rear diffuser tray as a biggest differentiator, but it is so easy to fit that to a non V-Spec/II one and sell it as V-spec to unsuspecting buyer.
