  1. V-spec came with slightly harder suspension and active rear diff. When you upgrade the suspension there is no difference, and since they are getting old that is almost a necessity. The active diff is poo if it stops working and is no faster anywhere while the std has a nicely setup 2-way LSD. On R34 it has underbody diffusers and a deeper front lip. On R32 it has Brembos and nicer 17" wheels. Don't waste money on V-spec unless R34. This was covered a month ago.
  2. Scott's only 25???? Damn he's done it hard then. I thought at least 35. Happy Birthday mate.
  3. Actually he'll have the GTR V-spec diff which is active......so if you are getting a GTR LSD get a non-V-spec as it is a 2 way mechanical. Viscous LSDs don't respond well to being shimmed as they are not an lsd in the common sense and the LS part is actually fully sealed. Get a real mech diff either aftermarket or GTR with the whole subframe as the number of axle splines is different. I looked at it but it seemed too much drama so will grab an aftermarket.

    Voting Time

WHERE IS MY F#@$%*G RAILWAY LINE BRACKS YOU LYING BASTARD?????? Hehe, I get to vote against him and his incompetent wankers one more time before going home. I doubt they will hold my area after the way they have treated the local community. Why are Vics actually dumb enough to vote for this tool?
  5. Only the front Maxx. The rears have a different lower attachment.
  6. Same controller so no point swapping. Thanks for the offer though. I can always use this on my GTR33 later on if I get the right PFC but was planning on one of the new ones.
  7. Contact The Mafia. He wants one.
  8. Still for sale. Not a bad piece of work but un-needed and too much work to make fit a GTSt
  9. I do indeed. Car was done before I bought it by RacePace. As for duty cycle, not sure but since new turbos are going in soon I'm installing 600cc injectors, PFC and 044 with swirl pot.
  10. My GTR33 has 260rwkw on the stock computer with cam gears, adjustable reg, stock airbox, full exhaust, steel wheeled turbos and a bit of head work. That is about the limit of the fuelling system though and it is on full static advance.
  11. Bec you can always do a direct TF to one of us, we then send you a receipt and submit a remittance form and CC or TF the money to the Movember account, same as small donations.
  12. Nice one Dan Here is me being nice. And this is how I'll look if I have to come after you all for sponsorship Yep lost a battle with a tooth today. Infection took hold after a wisdom tooth extraction and I have lost a 2 year battle and 3 teeth plus the wisdom. Now the government will owe me dental care for the rest of my life. So sponsor me and make me feel better. Won't make the meeting tonight.
  13. I thought we already did
  14. None of the above. Where is the choice of Salt and Vinegar or Lemon or Gravy on the chips. Dead horse is for pies. Soy is only for dimmies but hot chilli is better. Friggin' philistines. I swear it's like living in a whole different country that is nowhere near Australia down here sometimes.......

    Dba Rotors

Sure you need 5000s? You can have mine on the front (4000s) slotted when I get some decent RDAs. Still gotta catch up for the pads too
  16. Perhaps he will take up drifting and wear his helmet backwards.....
  17. If you are not sure why all those channels need to be there, are you sure you want to expose yourself to the risk of making a crap product that makes the car idle like a chaff cutter and run well only on WOT? Sure there might be a market for that, but the largest market is general street. There are very few actual race only skylines out there. As r33_racer said, there would be a market for an affordable adaptor for 26 plenums, but I'm working on that......... Then again if it came on the market at the 350-400 price range there would be plenty of suckers buying for bling. ROFL at Bass and the answer to all things aerodynamic. From experience it tends to be a little more complex than that.
  18. He's racing V8SC cos they are the best....just ask them. Him and Skaify will be best mates and he's going to keep chopping the whining mummys boys from the Kelly household.
  19. "Comments from the banner collector...." ^^^^^ All the best Chris. Wish I could make DECA to give you that can of whoopass I promised ya Watch out for the creature of the lake.
  20. Jamie, sorry to hear about the injury. I'm recovering from 3 years of a ruptured disc at L5-S1 and a herniation at L1-2. Last surgery was 3 months ago now. At that time I could no longer walk due to nerve damage. I drive the GTR33 everyday after installing Recaro seats and SK's Bilstein suspension and it is very comfortable but can be a little jiggly on cold mornings until the shocks warm so all may not be lost. I did spend a fair bit of time driving my V8 Soarer about with heated leather seats and airbag suspension but it lacked lateral support. I have good recovery now from my surgery and support from my Chiro (that my surgeon wanted me to see) who has treated the nerves and strengthened my back so I am now better than I have been in 3 years. Good luck with the sale but there may be an alternative to getting rid of the GTR.
  21. I'll take the pods and grill mate. I'm free pretty much all the time to do the exchange.
  22. edit: date Tues 21 November
