Can anybody that's upgraded their rear rotors on a c34 comment on what rotors they went with? Supposedly the rda and dba rotors require machining...? Would be nice if there was a direct fit (besides the stockies) Cheers, Adrian

Pics as promised: S15 JDM wheel (airbag component removed) Note small scratch on the right side of silver insert - it can be removed easily to be replaced or touched up if you are fussy. WIll be on ebay in next few days too..

Hi All, I have a second hand S15 JDM steering wheel for sale - its black leather with red stitching, silver inserts and has "S" in the middle of the wheel (unlike the AUDM wheel which is just black without the silver inserts). Ordered from Nengun a few weeks ago but have given up trying to fit on my stagea as I ruined the Torx screw head on my wheel and couldnt get it off The explosive part of the airbag has been removed and overall is in good condition - will post some pics in the coming days. Not too sure what cars will fit on - do some research or if your local you can trial fit. Asking $200 which is less than what i paid for it only a few weeks ago.... Can post at buyers expense. Apologies to all - I am still waiting on the car to be assessed which is happening this Friday....As it was an EOI thanks for all the feedback and for everybody who expressed interest in the parts. IF the car is a write off and I sell off the parts (in particaular the seats which I have had alot of interest in) I will let everybody know. I am hoping the car will be repaired as I wont get much of a payout for the car (Smash repair guys say its repairable as they have fixed worse.) **Mods please CLOSE thread now** By the way I bought the seats from JustJap (about 6 months ago) and they had a few more pairs in stock back then.... As I only have a 3rd party fire and theft policy on my car i dont have it insured at an agreed value, therefore I think my hands are pretty tied as for my options... I'm still waiting for the car to be assessed, I really can't wait to see what they say. One thing for sure though, as I'm 30 this year I'll be taking full comprehensive for sure!

It sucks our stags aren't worth thy much nowadays... According to AAMI (the driver at fault insurance company who is fixing my car) if the car is in unrepairable they will pay out based on redbook or glassesguide.

You are right, at the end of the day me and the family are OK. Have spoken to AAMI and will be going to get some quotes on monday - if anybody has any suggestions on a repairer (especially who has done stagea or imports before) then please let me know. Cheers

I got under the car again and can see that the floor is bent up... If its a write off then maybe ill sell some of my parts...Seems such a waste considering the time and $$ have put into it... Redbooks valuation of a 1999 stagea is between 9,000 - 11,000

Supposedly she has insurance - just gave her a call and she is still in the hospital getting xrays.... Not sure if the boot floor has moved - cant even open the boot - Had a quick look under the car and looks like its a bit more than the rear reo that has been bent in though... Possibly a write off??

Hi All, Was sitting in traffic and stationary for about 30 secods on centenial drive today (on the overpass above north strathfield golf course) when got hit HARD from behind from an old lady driving a pulsar.... As you can see from the pics below the damage to my car wont buff out The speed she was going caused my car to hit another car in front and then another car so no idea how fast she was really going... Unlucky for me I was the first one hit.... I am trully impressed with how strong the stag is... The ladys car looks to be a ride off as there was a fair amount of front end damage (not to mention her airbag had been deployed and she had a bleeding lip)... Anyhow can anybody recommend a decent smash repair (that can source stag parts??) preferrably in Sutherland or the Sydney region? The car still drives fine but noticed that the exhaust piping has been crushed so will need that fixed too... - Hard to see from the pic but damage to grill, bumper has been cracked and things dont line up Thankfully me and the 16month old daughter are OK... Nice write up wolverine, I installed a HID kit some time ago after compliance made a mess of my lights. I've never been happy with the install as I used a H1 kit and it does not sit in the aluminum Retaining plate properly... You have motivated me to get the right bulbs (D2C) and rip out that crappy plate... Hopefully will have a set of decent lights soon!

Put some old school super advans on but wasn't quite sure if I liked the look.... Helping make my choice was an offset of 38 which was causing the rim to hit my shock when going into my work driveway Ended up putting them on my bro's 32 which looked perfect

Hi All, Ive managed to get hold of R34 GTT calipers and some DBA 4000 rotors to replace the standard S2 front brake setup. I know this upgrade has been done in the past, so can somebody please advise which brake lines to use? I am looking to go braided (I know HEL do a r34 kit) but will this fit? I believe the setup on the stagea is different to the R34...? I plan on upgrading the rears later but at this point will be sticking with the standard rears brakes (with braided r34 lines as they usually come in a kit)... I saw Chef_stagea has his for EOI but I'm sure it will be cheaper working with what Ive got rather than ship and fit a gearbox from SA.... Ill see what MV autos have to say... cheers
