  1. I had trouble finding the right replacement and ended up getting it serviced - was about $150 for new brushes. Might be an easier option?
  2. Had mine sitting in garage for 2 years and threw them away in December... Sorry bud
  3. Have you checked out this site? http://www.shamrockshirts.com.au/index.php/auto-images/nissanmenu/product/44581-nissan-stagea-c34 Might save you the trouble...
  4. Hi All, I have recently done a projector upgrade on another set of headlight so selling my originals. Selling Left and Right Headlights (not high beam). Were factory Xenon but got converted to Halogen during compliance. I ran an ebay HID kit in them for over 2 years without any issues (can be bought on ebay for $50 - all wiring is there already). Good condition, just need the HID bulbs / ballast installed. Will throw in x2 LED white parkers. $215 (Can post at your expense). Pics to come - PM/Reply if interested so can take them sooner!
  5. Wish I had the cash, looks the ultimate m35! Good luck with the sale
  6. Spotted a grey series 1 Stagea at a Toyota ft86 meet @ Olympic park... If u are on here please tell why you would associate with such people?
  7. Black 260rs at flemington today, it's always nice to see another stag on the road... You end up finding a parking spot?
  8. I second that, please default to the latest page! Tapatalk with sau isn't working either anymore... What's going on!!
  9. My taptalk isn't working with sau either. Issue only seems to be when you login to sau (within tapatalk). Selecting forum just sits there loading and eventually times out, are other people experiencing similar issues? Using tapatalk 2.4.0 iOS 7.0.3
  10. Just remember to use a stopwatch as they don't take much more than 3 minutes at about 160 degrees...
  11. This thread motivated me for a little holiday project on my lights, ever since compliance hacked mine up I haven't been happy with the output. Spend a good 12 + hours today doing the blackout and projector retrofit to my lights. Bought the projectors from the retrofit source and I'm pretty happy with the results. They need some fine tuning (height) but couldn't be stuffed right now, they were pretty fiddely and required a bit of dremmeling of the housing. Fitted my aftermarket HID kit too. Happy to post some light output shots if anybody is interested. Cheers, Adrian
  12. I swapped my adjustable rose bushed castor arms which had developed a clank to the stock arms with a non adjustable whiteline bush... It now has a slight pull to the left and the peddlers guy said he couldn't fix it as the bushes are non adjustable. Should I take it somewhere else to get an alignment?? Does that sound right? Thanks guys

    Wheel Nuts

I've had about 3 or 4 eBay sets in aluminium over the years, range from $30 - $80... They come in all types of colours but I have found the colour fades over time. Haven't had any issues with them being a "soft" aluminium either. Wouldn't bother painting as they will just chip/flake, as mentioned they come in enough colours anyway. You can spend $200 plus for a genuine jap set but to be honest I couldn't justify it for my rotas! I'm pretty sure Nissans require 12x1.25 Adrian
  14. Red all the way mate, will suit the car. I initially did mine black and regretted it, looks standard really. Get a can (or 2) of the VHT caliper paint as it gives a nice finish.
  15. After a quick wash looks so much better!
  16. Hey mate still for sale? If so please pm your number. Cheers. Adrian
  17. Sorry I don't recall the part number / model - I don't think they were the heavy duty ones looking at the on-line catalogue though. They had a good run, well over 3 years and more than 50,000kms... I found that rocking the car left to right (whilst parked on a flat surface using the roof rails as handles) would re-produce the sound... Give this a try, you might need somebody else to check where the sounds coming from though!
  18. Looks interesting, I wonder how much of an improvement they make? So the stock joint bolt up to these, bit like a spacer?
  19. Just saw a black m35 axis on pennant hills road. Was involved in a nasty rear ender, hopefully nobody on here!
  20. I got sick of the constant clank noises every time I passed over a bump.... Discovered the whiteline sway bar end links were shot... Replaced with some "generic" end links cut to size and problem fixed! Anybody else who suffers from clunks and noises in the front of their c34 don't be so quick to blame your coilovers! (As I did)
  21. WOW! Nice find... These would be perfect for the C34!
  22. I'm running 18x9.5 +22 on my c34 auto - There is bugger all inside clearance on the rear... Good luck trying to fit 20's with those offsets! At a minimum you would need 25mm spacers + guard rolling. Stick with some r34 GTR wheels imo... Maybe M35's have more room?
  23. Bringing this thread back again... I have read how great the shift kit is ...now I want one... fingers crossed I'll get a nice tax return! Can anybody recommend a decent place to get the MV shift kit installed in Sydney?
  24. Red C34 with black front bar, stickered up rear window and what looked like TE37's....are you on here? Thanks for letting me in near Eastwood on way to work this morning... Nice ride, what front bar do you have?
