  1. good luck changing it
  2. thats a fair enough call. im hardcore and not a pussy old man like you, so i can take a firmer suspension setting i had poly bushes all over one of my S15s, and solid diff mounts in the rear. it was noisy and bumpy. but the good thing is you couldnt notice it over the exhaust that got in your head anyway haha but it wasnt harsh. it just felt new again.
  3. also i wouldnt bother replacing with factory ones. the rubber will perish again anwyway. urethane is the way to go
  4. are the 2WD and 4WD ones the same? it looks very similar.
  5. there is bugger all movement in mine aaron, i also dont have hicas
  6. thats the LCA i mean. it just happens to have the spring land in it
  7. you have an extra bush where the rack bolts to the LCAs. the rest are the same it looks like
  8. dude its our opinion, and this is a public forum. dont forget we have owned our cars for several years, and we mostly know our shit
  9. yeah exactly. im still confuzulated
  10. awesome series! i also cant wait for season 2
  11. thats what ive never been able to understand. if someone in a ferrari did the same thing, is it ok because the car is designed to handle? whats classified as taking off too fast? i was almost done for that in QLD, but talked my way out of it. so i got a ticket for an exhaust that was too loud. never paid the fine. got so many notices saying they will cancel my licence and rego. lol this was before some states could actually do that!
  12. its a great idea, and after seeing those bushes stay in the car when the arms were in my hand, its a little scary. im guessing the same thing has happened to my car. i actually wouldnt mind going ALL poly bushes, front and rear.
  13. i dont understand what 'too fast' is anyway
  14. ROFL @ craig
  15. give them a call for a laugh. assuming you can find a part number............ i paid about $550 delivered (and painted) for mine. might have been around $600.
  16. nah youre all good unless its for an AXIS, then it wont fit.
  17. territory and xr6t is 15k mate as for the oil flush, fiat/alfa wont do an oil change without the flush first. maybe for 15k service intervals, they perform a flush also? i wonder how many other dealers/brands do this.
  18. its really hard to say the dolphin ones have dolphin in the fibreglass inside, like the 2nd one shows do you really care if its genuine or not? i dont even know what brand my one is!
  19. extra temp from a turbo? but you have just said they run at 82 degrees. i agree fairly normal for our engine. youve also contradicted yourself saying the oil is working harder due to higher engine temps, but service intervals have extended. anyway, i see what youre going with. but having a turbo makes stuff all difference to service intervals. as long as they are done! and an oil flush helps a lot
  20. it will fit they are all the same except the AXIS grill
  21. maybe in a diesel. even then for non-commercial vehicles they are pushing oil changes..........
  22. 5k is overkill IMO someone is gonna say 'ohh its an import, so its needs 5k oil changes' contrary to popular belief, imports ARE the same as every other car in the world. they take the same oil, same filters, and even other fluids are the same AND can be found locally. ill stand by 10k for services
  23. the cop gave you a happy finish?
  24. www.importmonster.com.au or jesse streeter, as already mentioned
