    try that other diet similar to this .. eat whatever in the morning ... but after noon ... don't eat any carbs!! .. that makes more sense to me ... i weigh about 80kgs ... i wanna loose this fat and weigh 75 kgs

    i hope u all remember to not drive fast in the wet ... i've learnt my lesson and now whenever its wet i always go 10ks under the speed limit

    easiest way to get the lighting without even lookin for "the light wire" is to just get it of the light wire from the cigarette light ... splice it and get it from there .. easy ... i gotta thank enricco palazzo for that one, as well as installing the boost gauge and the bleeder for me

    u see the gromit (i think thats what its called, that rubber thing all the other wires go othrough??) ... well u can try to put it through that or do what i did cause it was just to frikin hard and just thread it through next to it ... and then thread it though the hole which is just behind the peice of metal which lets ur door turn ... u know what i mean?? i found that to be easiest .. lemme know if u didnt' understand

    what does this diet consist off?? .. man i've been puttin on some lately ... but i know how to get rid of it ... just stop eating the bad stuff .. ie maccas, kfc ... and start doing some exercise ... do it for 6 months or so and it should be good ... its just hard to stay off the bad stuff and exercise that seems to be my problem
