Spotted you again at like 1730 in nearly the exact spot but going opposite direction. Also spotted at silver R33 going along Drakeford just before that.

Spotted Shell a few minutes ago on Athllon. also spotted a white R34 GTT with gunmetal BBS style wheel at lunch time in Westfield Woden carpark.

Yep. I used to work doing crowd control in pubs and clubs when I first got into security.

So Manslaughter is a Charge. Just because you kill someone in self defence does not mean you will be charged with manslaughter. If the Police think you have acted unlawfully in the act of defending yourself you may be charged with man slaughter. Have you ever done any security training and learned about the force continuum etc? If you have defended yourself using appropriate force you will not be charged. I.e. if someone attacks me with his fist and I hit him once with my fist and he die's I would not be charged. However if a person attacks me with his fist and I pull out a gun and shoot him I would be. The force did not match the threat. However there are variances to this. So if a female was being attacked by a man and she shot him (with legal firearm ownership) in self defence she may be ok as she could say she legitimately feared for her like. However it is viewed differently if this was a male to male scenario.

Sorry I meant Jones had 1 DQ and Gus 1 loss. Jones was DQ'd in his fight against Hamil who he was completely dominating up to that point. Gus was choked iut by Davis.

Why? Jones has a better record ( well more fights and both only had one DQ). Jones has also fought the better opposition than Gus by far.

Wow! That is crazy. I have never experienced anything remotely like that. Tailgating...that is about it. If I was alone I would drive straight to a police station. If I had my wife and kids with me I am pretty sure I would get out and jump on the guys neck!

I remember seeing an episode of Top Gear from the UK where they looked at the spots the goverment had declared as being dangerous and the locations of speed cameras. Not one camera in was located in any of these dangerous locations. Yep..it is all about revenue. I bet if you did a similar thing here in Oz and compared those locations declared as blackspots and speed camera locations I bet the result would be the same as in the UK.
