    Spotted a motorbike accident yesterday afternoon on the corner of Barr Smith and Athllon Dr. Police and Fire were there. Bike and guy were lying up on the footpath. Silly rider was wearing shorts!

    Was thinking of just concentrating on submission wresting. Been a striker most of my training life but have really gravitated towards the grappling. I like the chess game of it.

    Yes, there is a mental aspect to it. LOL Happy to teach you, my garage is a gym.

    No, I was going to Storm, been doing MMA for about 6 years. Did Muay Thai for about 4 or 5 previously, plus police boys club boxing and a couple other things when I was a kid. I was training under James Te Huna when I lived in Sydney.
