  1. i think i need something in between haltech and power fc! haha, i don't want to run an afm.....i don't even know why...i just want to get rid of it, that, i don't even know why....4inch intake! Im probably going to just have another chat....power fc is old school technology i would like to try get something newer, my tuner loves the haltech, i haven't read much about link.....thats next on the googles!

Im heading out to my tuner to have another chat with him..i left there last time with thoughts in my head "im going haltech"....i cannot get over the fact that nistune is so friggin cheap...... Im happy to pay whatever for a good solid tune...but the price difference in units + tune is alot to say the least... I will be running about 300rwkw... Friday night....time for arguments Aiden

  6. That porsche 911 c2 looks absolutely MINT. I havent really been into euro cars too much tbh...love a porsche though only hi-po factory car i have been in is the clk - amg black edition as above...(i thought it was black hawk but /shrug), was too good to be true. Fast cars would have to be a 26/30 in a s13, completely stripped, 2 seats, no interior, i have no idea how it was even on the road....mate took me for a couple of runs around area, then stepped out at his place and said go for it....one of the most enjoyable rides.....450rwkw.....is just ridiculous, the guys on this forum that have cracked the 450 mark....you guys have big balls...

  9. haha previous owner was matt, lived in glenfield? i think, had n1's with 19psi getting pushed down it....(thats what i was told) i went to tafe with him
  10. May as well keep it all in this thread, down the track the motor will probably have between 15-18psi getting pushed around it, would you guys reccomend using a metal head gasket? I had a quick look around the site, and from what i can tell the cometic head gaskets and the such wont sell properly unless i have both surfaces perfectly true...would this be the case if i wanted to run any sort of metal gasket, so machining would be in order for both the head and block?

  14. Ok i went to the head shop today (super flow heads), I was told if i can give it to him with no cams in it. Then to have it acid dipped, new seals, and machined, would cost me between 300-400 dollars. Does this seem about right? So this leads me to this, would i have much problems pulling out the cams, and then re installing them again (or maybe aftermarket 256's or something...). I can get a genuine nissan vrs kit, for approx. $380, so i would provide the seals, (this should bring the cost down a tad). And would i really need to machining? I have no idea tbh when it comes to doing any work on the heads this will be the first time i've taken one off and put it back on myself so yeah...dun wanna mess it up.. Cheers

  17. Aleks...yeah thats pretty much all i could think of doing to be honest...i just can't see it getting everything out...i really don't want to have to pull the head..

I was over at a mates place this week and we were just having a look around his shed.....(where my motor is being stored atm)....and his son has had some mates around so they have taken the cover off...and wasps have built some pretty little mud castles in the intake ports.....(motor has no manifolds on it) What can i do... Head off job? or.... (deep sigh)

  20. zzz my daily does this...every morning (sss pulsar) so freaking annoying...i've had a go at plugs, o2 sensor, filter, but apparently its just an sr thing so oh well All of my mates Rb's are a bit sketchy when 1st started...but yeah after the warmup, tis all good.....and yeah how long does it take for your car to come up to temp?
  21. Well you can use stock rb25 rail and go nismo 740cc's.. Or greddy side feed rail and use above or whatever side feed you want Or greddy top feed rail and use whatever top feed you want

  24. Last night i looked on nengun, greddy make side feed and top feed rails so you might want to double check which one you bought
