Good to see L33sh !!! I skipped a week of gym at xmas and it turned into a 6 week holiday. Its hard to get back into it but once you do its all good. I did notice that when i started back at the gym i was unable to do 3 sets of 8 at 60 kilos. 3 weeks later i am now doing 3 sets of 8 at 60, 1 set of 6 at 70 and 3 reps at 80. it seems this time round it has been easier to get back on the weights and my motivation for the gym is at an all time high. As for the issues regarding water retention you will be amazed at how much creatine has played a part in that. I know personally a few blokes in the gym that are always very big looking and if they cut the creatine out of there diet for 2 weeks it looks like they have been cutting. Maybe for your goals creatine may not be for you. On a personnel note i go to the gym to unwind and build a better body. But if i only focus on trying to build muscle than the actual unwinding process than i get annoyed at myself and get no benefit whats so ever from my work out.

I always thought it best to take it straight after a workout l33sh and directions say 1 serving per day ( 5 grams )

On a different note did anyone see that supps r us for burnt down? I saw it on the news the other day. Bloody shame ( I had just placed an order ) it was strange the owner made reference to the other supp stores suggesting they may of had some something to do with it.

I agree about norton. So bloody slow. Nowadays I use bit defender ( cheapish but works a treat ) I used to fix my mates computer every weekend without fail. To this day I don't know what porn he was looking up but it must of been off tap. He funded my alcohol habit for about two years by buying me a carton of beer in lieu of fixing his computer. Every weekend without fail was me sitting at his computer getting drunk on his beer. Sigh .. Those where the days

Well I got the all clear this afternoon finally. What puzzles me is I got cleared because what ever substance was in my system was such a minute amount that it doesn't count as a pass. I did bring up the b2 and they told me they were unaware of that being a cause. This incident has puzzled me a lot as of late as my plan is to get into the mines and I don't want any issues what so ever. It kind of making me not want to take as many vitamins/sups even though not taking them seems to affect my mental Heath to a degree

I got no idea as I previously stated I take one multi b every morning with extra b6 as well as a op nutrition protein shake as well ( unsure if it contains vitamins ) funny you mention glow in the dark pee as it is almost flouro when it comes out lol

Did a bit of research online and found vitamin b2 can cause a false positive for thc . Strange as I did declare that I take a b complex that morning and every morning for that matter

The fun continues . Had to drive to Brisbane yesterday there and back , all up 6 hours travel in a work car. I would hate to think if there are people that fail the test that are smokers who they give the benefit of the doubt and make them do that.

Only had to state meds afterwoulds and also spoke to the work doctor who said current meds and sups would not cause a non negative result. After woulds I than tried a in house test and it failed to read thc ( not failed not passed ) I than tied another one which passed. It's been a slow slow day

Yeah apparently. Just got called back in. Apparently I can drive normal vehicles but not trucks...... Can't do high risk activities even though my job consists of nothing but high risk activities playing with electricity

The reason I have found it surprising Birds is after a lot of the different Meds I have been on I usually just balloon up. That included when I was going to the gym during that time. At the moment I am still force feeding myself in order to gain and its hard for me to do so. I used to have oats for breakfast and tuna and fruit for smoko and a salad sandwich for lunch and always have no energy and very poor work outs. Now I have oats and a shake for breakfast, Chicken and brown rice/sweet potato and cottage cheese for smoko, lunch and arvo lunch or a carb/protein shake if I run out of food followed by post workout shake and than dinner. By the 3rd meal I just feel fat/stuffed but work mates and gym buddies have said that they have noticed me grow more since I have been doing that than the last 8 months of training put together.

On a different note I have been trying to bulk and have cut all cardio out of my training. I have also come to the conclusion that trying to eat right all the time is a recipe for disaster ( last 2 weekends I have been travelling and staying at relatives and doing a lot of shopping blah blah.. ) Everytime I previously did this I always under ate and lost weight. This time I thought stuff it and ate what ever ( carrot cake, wagu beef burger, sushi etc ) and surprisingly all my lifts have gone up and I have not gotten any fatter
