Just curious anyone on here who has seen results in benching , biceps and triceps for approx 6 months works in gains? Also I have read alot of conflicting views on carb and protein intake per day as well. I am currently 78 kilos and some body building sites say approx 260 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs. Than other places I have seen tell me 120 grams of protein a day. Any ideas
