  1. QFT... It comes down to what you want to do at the gym that day. If you want to 1RM than by all means a warm up and punch it out and you will be happy. I found myself doing 2-3 working sets of 10-12 than trying a Heavy lift got me nothing but disappointed. So next time I wanted a Heavier set I than afterwoulds did some lighters sets just to fatigued all of the muscle.

  8. Hmmm that still equals approx 240 grams of protein a day. Damn that's a lot. I tried it last week while I was away training and just with powders I felt so full all the time I had to force it
  9. Just curious anyone on here who has seen results in benching , biceps and triceps for approx 6 months works in gains? Also I have read alot of conflicting views on carb and protein intake per day as well. I am currently 78 kilos and some body building sites say approx 260 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs. Than other places I have seen tell me 120 grams of protein a day. Any ideas

  11. Hey l33sh. Hope you are feeling better. Just to add for the first time I am prescription drugs and trying natural supplements. While I still am a bit up and down ( anxiety plays a big part ) I am actually fitter and more with it than I ever have been. A mate saw me today and asked what I have been doing cause I look so good. ( no homo lol ) It' feels good that people notice these things.

All I know is from my personal experiences are that being on meds for 10 years ( I was wrong in my post about 6 or 8 years whatever ) is that all it did was turn me into a fat slob who had no ambition or drive. ( I forced myself to the gym 4 times a week and did not lose any weight or gain any muscle ) I also still had trouble sleeping and also lost the fight or flight response and just didn't care in general. Now I know people will say that I was on the wrong meds etc but I had tried about 5 different types during that stage. In regards to sleep I was prescribed endep as well as various aids and all I can say was that while I did sleep for about 4 hours I than was restless for the remainder of the evening and woke up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed. The couple of natural sleep aids I have found have allowed me the best nights sleep I have ever had but the down side is the body gets used to it very quickly so I have to sacrifice some nights so I can get sleep others. Not perfect I know but better than the alternative. I'm not for or against medicines I just believe if they work than that's great but if not than there is an alternative.

  16. It shouldn't but I too have upped my protein and carb levels and I as well have had alot of issues sleeping. Have you been using any sleep aids l33sh?

  22. If that's the case that could explain a fair bit. I do notice if I have a coffee after 4-5pm I do stay awake longer during the night. That said when I was younger I could have a coffee half hour before bed and be out to it. ( always slept crap though )
  23. Your not wrong about the taste yuck !! Tried gh blast and a scoop of l-glutamine last night before bed. Slept like a log. Only woke up once with my stupid body clock saying its time to go to work at 530 No work today !!! Sore as hell from last 2 workouts though I found I get way too jittery with 300mg of caffeine it's hard for me to use it without shaking like a leaf
  24. 300mg I been looking at others that are only half that as usually by the end of the day im feeling pretty RS. Just got to get motivated to get up earlier in the mornings
  25. Its a Pre Work out Supplement made by Ronnie Coleman. I get a lot of sachets sent to me and this one turned up so thought id give it a go. Bad Idea
