under parents name doesn't work any more... the question 'what is the age of the youngest driver who will be driving the car' is what defines the cost. no history, r32 gtst, 19 y/o, full comp - about $3500... just cars is probably the best you'll find. seeing as it's an r32 gtst, 3rd party insurance may be the way to go assuming it doesn't have $20k put into it. also remember to take into account part costs before buying it... $$$
