  1. Mines out about 7%. Trip to work in my Magna is 114km and the Stagea is 122km. 18" Advant T7s with 225/45 with rolling diameter of 2072.5mm whereas standard is 215/55x17" so rolling diameter is 2099.5mm. So smaller by 27mm hence more km on the odometer.
  2. It was about 12:50.
  3. Saw a green S1/S2 stagea in the car park at Gravox factory in Seven Hills on Tuesday. I was going to the city by train and woke up when passing the complex. A pleasant surprise Are they a forum member by chance???
  4. I had the same recommendation when I did my driver training course in 1999 with Ian Luff. The idea being better wear and helping with braking around corners, or something like that.
  5. That was probably me on my way home from work at Nth Ryde. BF... number plates?
  6. That sounds like good economy with what's on board. I've just filled up for the 6th time with the following results: 10.13, 9.97, 9.47, 10.44, 10.59 and 9.32. The last was after cruising the M7 Wednesday night at 120Kmhr. That's a mixture of BP ultimate and Shell V-Power. I drive to Nth Ryde twice a week from the upper Blue Mountains and had one trip to Nowra through Kangaroo Valley. Around the mountains the consumption is 10-12. This is the first time I've had an auto so I'm still coming to grips in how to drive without the auto kicking back too much. I did notice driving the M4 near Kingswood, where the police markings for aerial radar, that the speedo is out by possibly 5%. Though the car has a sticker from TruSpeed verify the speedo passes certification that would have some qualify +/- % value.
  7. I purchased a 2001 Blue M35 Stagea with 39560 km two weeks ago from Japlink in Haberfield. I've driven 2000 km since driving to work and one trip to Nowra to visit my mum. Great car - very tractable and smooth to drive.More refined than anything I've driven before. I have driven the C34 previously and found them to be a tank in comparison. I considered a Legnum until I walked into their yard and went for a drive. Instant convert.... Now I own one.... :-) I'm currently getting 10L/100km.
