On the weekend i pulled my turbo out as i m going a different set up Found out that there was a few washers broken on the exhaust manifold studs and it was leaking, so ordered new ones. next is to take the intake side out and the head out so i can change the headgasket and put a 1.5mm oil restrictor in the block And run more boost. I m also rebuilding a spare engine which hopefully should be finished early next year. Can you guys tell me where in canberra or sydney is the best place to go for all the machine work. Got a quote which is costing around $2000 from one of the shop in canberra, will be doing a few more calling of place to compare the prices. Friday I saw a black R34 with p plate on tuggeranong parkway and a R33 with bonnet and boot vinyl wrapped around 530 and 630pm

Bought a HKS cam from a guy and the dowel pin on the cam was broken Shop wanted $150 to drill it out and replace it Pulled the broken one out and replace it from another camshaft dowel pin then bryce cam over and we practise how to remove the valve springs and seals on my spare engine RB25 Broken dowel pin on the HKS camshaft
