probably looking for around 17-18K mate -
Looking for a bit of a change - keen as for an older GT-R, S15, WRX, EVO 5-7, FD3S Rx-7 The vehicle up for grabs (if anyone is interested...) Is a 1998 R34 GT-T 121 xxx kms Manual Exedy Single Plate Clutch HKS Return Flow front mount Trust Exhaust HKS EVC-S (uninstalled) Apexi Pod (uninstalled, stock airbox on presently) Lowered King Springs Whiteline Rear Swaybar Apexi Turbo timer (uninstalled) Spoiler removed, still have it in the garage Plus all the usual DVD player, Alpine Speakers etc...the 'doof doof' that the previous owner installed Just put some DTM rush wheels on it (bought them off another SAU buyer lol), decent tread front and back, +29 8.5F, +25 9.5R Also have stockies with decent tread. Pretty keen to keep the DTM's, but i know alot of you have more than a couple of sets of wheels kicking around that are much better quality than my $1K dtm's lol Just transferred it into SA from ACT plates - got thru easy as so interstate swaps is a green light too - as long as your vehicle is REASONABLY STANDARD Peace

Hi there There is a switch labelled 'VSS' with some funky jap script beneath it sitting just to the right of my steering wheel, next to my parking light switch and headlight height/adjustment switch. It is a two way switch which has two functions: Silent and Sport...? When i flick it from one or the other, an electric motor positioned from above the rear left hand wheel well seems to activate. Any thoughts? I had a quick search before and all i found was 'Nismo VSS' Muffler...Something to do with my Trust zorst?

Transferring Rego To Sa Plates: Difficulties?
Spark911 replied to Spark911's topic in South Australia
Thanks heaps for all your help guys - just came out of the ID Station about half hour ago, on a massive high!!! Got thru by the SKIN OF MY TEETH... - Tint was WAY too dark - Xenon headlights arent legal - Zorst and front mount were still crankin ONLY reason i didnt get stung in the ass is because the inspector i had used to be in the RAAF...I went down there in my uniform and he said the only reason he was letting me off was that im a defence member.. lucky :S Goodluck to anyone else going thru there! Would like to borrow/purchase standard SMIC for 34 GT-T...the cooler i have atm used return flow piping but it would look good to the fine gentlemen at regency if it was as standard as possible! Changing the plates from ACT to SA and need to do an ID check PM me or call anytime after 3pm 0433 323 844 Cheers! PS: If you like drinking piss then a trip to Dan Murphy's shouldnt be a hassle

Just a quick question - going thru the pits early next week, is it possible to just CUT the wires going to the turbo timer unit itself? I wouldnt think so as it would f**k with the ignition system/relays n all that jazz...would the car just stay turned on or wouldnt start? Im fairly handy with a soldering iron so i can solder the unit back on no dramas...any help?

Just bought the wheels off a fellow SAU member - fair happy atm but its all going to stock this weekend for REGENCY :S

+1 on Rad32's comment - make sure you get some decent vinyl tape! Be prepared to scrub the nasty salts that form on the outside of the cooler after u degrease it also...

Rb25de (supercharged) Project
Spark911 replied to r33_racer's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
absolute madness mate - I dont think there would be many people out there who would give this a crack! Where would you go to get a beast like this tuned? -
i drive down peachey road everyday to go to work - they filled the pothole you mentioned just last week? i think...not that hard to just avoid them - but then again, i do know the road lol. Mate that really sucks about ur wheels, its sh*t when people don't want to do anything for you. Im from adel originally but lived in NSW for a couple of years, and started owning an import over there...I move back to SA this year and -holy sh*t, i feel like taking my coilovers off and wacking sum standard sus back in! pretty much feel like my teeth are gonna fall out when going over the railway crossing on Womma Rd lol
