I'll be showing up for this one, representing the 7th Looks like it might be a big day Also, do we need to register for the lakeside lap? Thanks Rob
  8. Nice looking car man. Keep her in 1 piece
  9. Although you said you have tried changing the o2 sensor, I would tripple check it and the circut. Sounds like the fuel maps are changing over time, due to incorrect o2 readings..
  10. Look good man, Can't wait to see the old girl running. Rob
  11. specifically, I would check the hoses too mate, they can be hard to see
  12. Hi all, changed my user name from r31gts... BUT figured i'd reintroduce myself given its been a while since I was actived on this forum. I'm also Active on r31skyline club under this name. I drive an R33GTST auto as a daily driver, and I'm also finishing up an R31GTS 2 door. I'm an auto electrican, specilising in Japanese imports. Done countless RB/1j/2j conversions etc.. I'm always keen to help out a fellow skyline enthusist, so if I can help out, shoot me a PM. Thanks Rob
  13. nope. To the best of my knowledge, the auto ecu runs a slightly differant fuel map. The car will run fine after you sort out the neutral saftey switch.
  14. unless thecar is running like crap, its not the combustion process.... Try leaky fuel lines in engine bay, or maybe a leaky fuel pump seal in the boot. Can't be much more assuming you checked the charcol cannister properly.
  15. Clearly the dead short is between the relay and the fuel pump connector (or maybe a broken relay - But highly unlikely). Pain in the arse to find that short, better off running a new wire from the relay to the fuel pump. Don't forget to cut the old wiring BOTH sides, otherwise you will still get the shorts. IF you decide to pull power from another wire for what ever reason, MAKE SURE you fuse it
  16. I had an identical problem with my 33 a few years ago. Turned out to be a boost leak in one of the silicon hoses. Looked 4 times before i found it. It was a split located in a spot where I had to pull the pipe out to see it
  17. You should also consider a faulty injector, given all the plugs were dry when you pulled them out. If it was spark, there would have been 1 wet plug. Check all the injector connectors for white/green corrosion Thanks Rob
