spotted white r35 with no plates GTR-4 on lonsdale st this morning

Car got tuned @ Status today!!! Very friendly/helpful, would definitely recommend them. Below are the results: Year/Model: 01 Spec S (adm) Engine/Size: 2.0 SR20DET Turbo: t28 bush bearing Power @ boost level: 185rwkw @ 15psi Torque: 362.5 Nm ECU: Nistune Modifications: gktech fmic, fujitsubo exhaust, apexi intake, walbro fuel pump, turbotech mbc My car initially made 162rwkw @ 14psi but was pinging its head off @ 14.5 AFR (massive black smoke at end of exhaust). I was really shocked and worried as trent could see. But all is good now with the tune, sits nicely at 12AFR though the coilpacks are on the way out... You can see it pinging (red) Car now drives extremely smooth especially down low where it felt like a slug previously. Love the pull at around 3500rpm. Thanks Trent for saving my engine

He is a nice guy. Took me on a ride on his r34 V spec 2. Something like 300kw... Made me want power even more!!! His cars are alright though most are like fixed up from damages etc

You definitely need to upgrade the dump/front/cat to gain more power. I would be looking at doing the exhaust as the first step in all turbo cars if your chasing power.

I understand your own panic/eagerness to understand what is going on (that's what us customers do best!), but I would suggest waiting until the end of the day for a reply or just turn up tomorrow. I'm sure if you have booked everything it should be fine.

I find it strange when people buy a car and sell it after XXX amount of kms.... great buy nevertheless

Getting Nistune(d) by Trent this Saturday... Can't wait!!!!!!!! Had a mate go to Chasers (Paul) last week and he seems to be happy with his tune. Though I've heard more bad about Chasers as well. Never heard a bad thing about Trent and his tuning abilities

I bought a turbotech and was playing with it - then the ball and spring fell out I put it back spring then ball first but am cautious about putting in the car now...

I apologies as I have only done a quick search which was fruitless, does anyone know of or have an official list of E85 stations? I am considering going E85 however am unsure of the availability.

On the stock ecu you made 171rwkw and made a 18rwkw increase from nistune? I'm not very well informed about skylines as I own a s15 but that power figure is impressive for a stock ecu. I have pretty much the same mods on my s15 and make something along the lines of 145rwkw Oh and will be heading to Status/Chequered Tuning when they have free spots!
