Actually here in QLD, (dunno bout other states), but the traffic act (what the QLD Police govern under) clearly states that anything which is not stock from the manufacturer or can come as a factory option can be considered a defect and it is up to the officers descretion to defect or not. Big problem is that you go to the Dept of Transport to have the defect cleared, and they are governed by a totally seperate set of legistlation, meaning something the police defect you for, is fine in the Dept of Trans eyes....... stupid!

Spotted a series 1 silver beast coming out of Shailer Park State School, bout 8:45am this morning. Looked stock except for these FAT side skirts with HUGE air scoop thingies that ran nearly the length underneath the rear door I waved, but it was some older guy who gave me a wierd look, maybe because I was in a shirty old ford falcon EA.... oh the shame!

Last time I pushed for a section, it was implemented and now not used. I dont see the point on adding yet another section which does not get used. How many Stagea DIY guides are there? I could see a point if suddenly there were hundreds of them in the DIY section, and even then I would push for a new Stagea section as part of that section. Maybe a thread could be started which has a collection of links to threads or sites which has specific info for stagea's, I wouldnt have a problem stickying it I personally would rather that as then everything would be in one place, one thread and would be easier to moderate

Because most of the information in the DIY section can be applied to the stagea. But if you did write a DIY that directly related just to the stagea, then still you should put it in there. Otherwise what is stopping R33/R32/R31/Cefiro/Laurel/etc etc etc owners for asking for a section of their own?

That is one thing I really dont like about s2, the lights, I realy like the m35 lights and front bar, mmMMmmMMmm and the tail too
