  1. Is anyone else having issues with the "Remember Me" option in the logon? I keep clicking it, yet everytime I reboot my pc or change PC's, (home and work), I have to logon the first time I visit SAu after the boot?
  2. No more then ~$100, add in an extra $50 or so if you want the dye in the gas, which is very useful if you suspect you have a leak.

  7. Just thought I'd mention that the "Options" button at the top of threads in the title bar of the first post, does not work for me, in Firefox 1.5.0.10 at least, will try it in IE. EDIT: Yes works in IE, so if I am the only Firefox user with this issue it is my issue I guess. Worked before the upgrade but?
  8. Be sure to post in the FAQ thread so that it can be updated then.
  9. 1. I can punch the accelerator and get instant responce, or drop it down an gear and mash the accelerator and be thrown back in my seat everytime. 2. It's such a beautiful car to drive, corners like it is on rails. 3. It is versatile. Can fit 2 kids bikes, 2 eskies full of food and drink, and 5 adults and still get up and go like it's coming out of a slingshot. 4. It looks like a volvo, so even when I have had the BOV on full atmo, (wake the dead setting) right next to a cop car, I still have not had anywhere near the attention I got when I did own my R33.
  10. Is this how they were eventually produced? Do they come painted? I currently have a 52mm boost guage zippy tied to the top of my steering colum, just behind the steering wheel, which I would probably stick into a double clock replacement, guess I'd have to figure out what other guage to stick in there Or just buy a single one, but I rather the look of the double..................... how many did you get as it might be a while till I can afford it...........
  11. Get the gas with the dye, it'll cost slightly more, but shows up easliy to see any leaks if you have any!

  16. Gidday, A quick search for insurance would've found the following threads: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...mp;hl=insurance http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...c=68072&hl= http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=115597&hl= I am with shannons, mainly because at the time a SAu member was getting great deals on insurance for SAu members. Have fun reading

  18. I guess you would have to compare the plugs going into both? I wouldnt think the wiring _just_ for the climate control would be different per say, but does the touchscreen have any other features that you woul dloose by changing it to the single DIN CC in?

  23. Nah if money is now object go get a GReddy Profec E01 These are bloody AWESOME units! cost a fortune but, have lots of stuff bundled into it. PRofec Boost Controllers The ultimate in electronic boost control is incorporated in our multi-tasker, the PRofec e-01. Designed as a combination boost-controller, data display/logger and original e-manage programmer. The e-01 can provide superior boost response, increased boost, warning meter functions, 3 channel data-logging and access to programming features provided with the e-manage support tool. Even when used as a boost controller only, the e-01 has features to smooth out the boost curve. With both an auto and manual setting for both external and actuator style wastegates, the PRofec e-01 can alter its compact, high capacity solenoid valve via various RPM ranges. The large LCD screen with green electro-luminescent backlighting is easy to see. Other standard features include two preset boost levels, a timed over-take boost and compatibility with our Remote Switching System. The data display can view 3 different data channels simultaneously such as boost, RPM or any other channel inputted by the e-manage. The data can be logged up for 3 hours on an SD card while also giving warning set points and peak and hold values. There is also a non-PRofec e-01 version that is only used for e-manage programming and datalogging. (Some features require optional harness to be accessed.)
  24. Some ebc's have a boost guage in it, but unsure of if they have a "peak" setting, as you would want to hide it somewhere so you would have to get it out and then go for a drive with it put in a viewable spot so you can watch it and then put it all back again, seems like a big waste of time all over a $30 boost guage?
