Oh an thanks for the good words bout my car, much appretiated....looking round for a bonnet like yours though...come with the car? or buy it from somewhere?

I have a silver 33, bronze TE37 rims and I want to paint the calipers. What colour do you reckon? blue, gold or red? Or silver? dont reckon gold...clash with your awsome wheels. Silver would be ok but wouldnt stand out much.....I reckon blue would look good..... but i think Maroon (same as on your GT badge) with white letters would look sweet as!!

didn't remove the calipers, just the pads. Masked up the rotors an covered the rest of the surrounding areas with newspaper. as for the letters, masking tape, very sharp scalpal, and a lot of time. after i sprayed the blue I removed the tape off the letters, then painted the NISSAN letter white by hand with a small model paint brush.

tought I'd post some pics of the finsihed job. Doin the rears tomorrow took me about half a day to do the fronts, did 4 coats each side with "bright blue VHT caliper paint" and letters in white VHT engine paint.....

looks pretty good, would like to see it on the car an all painted up. where do the indicators go? looks like a modified BN sports kit. Also one of the Vic members with a 4door liner has one similar which is a kit by IMPUL i think?

The CES one is a full dump+front pipe in one, Since I alreadny bought a good front pipe it would be a bit of a waste of money to buy another one. I looks pretty good though, had i known of it sooner it would have been something to consider. does anyone know if the HKS dump pipe has a split pipe running the wastegate seperately?

I'm not entirely sure....I was only referring to the HKS version because I haven't been able to locate any other types available? where do you get CES ones? what are they worth?

Im upgrading the turbo next week on my R33 and was considering whilst i had the tubro out I may as well fit a better dump pipe and front pipe (to complement my cat back zaust). I picked up a s/s Blitz front pipe from Autobarn for $329...bargan i thought, and am considering buying a HKS dump pipe second hand...... But I have heard mixed opinions on wheather there worth there money or not for there gains. I've rang around variour tuners and imports dealers.....some say there great, improving flow & throttle response. Other say they do very little and that my money would be better spent on some other aspect of the car (non specific, just saying there not worth the $350). so I put the question to the skylines Australia Forum readers...... are they worth the $$$? what gains have others felt when installing one? anyone had a dyno before an after having one fitted?

I will be selling my stock turbo off my series 1 R33, unsure as to condition as its still running on car....running well on my car.....upgrading in a few weeks to HKS power. If anyones interested i'll let you know of condition when it gets removed an what I think is a fair price. can freight to anywhere at buyers cost no probs.

To suit an R33? if so I may be interested....never heard of HKB before though? depends on what sort of mony i have left after my turbo an ECU upgrade

I'd be more than happy to organise a meeting point in Geelong if there are any other geelong liners thinking of going? sounds like a good drive that shouldnt be missed. Hopefully theres even more cars than the GOR cruise. have to get myself one of those UHF radios from Jaycar or something too....

but im from geelong...so will be heading "Inbound" (towards melbourne)....i think...confused now...i'll figure it out...one way or another...I'll get there

I'm in for sure....should have the new ECU in by then....maybe even the turbo too, so would be good to test the overall performance. I'll be comming from Geelong so I'll have to figure a way to get to the meet point.....I think its on the opposide side of the ring road to which I'd be coming, so hopefully theres somewhere I can do a U-turn.

awsome skyline....trying to get hold of some of those rims myself. An by the looks of your bodykit its a Bomex front bar, Jun sideskirts, and Trail rear bar....nice matching, looks neat.....but not a full bomex kit. cant believe it hasn't been snapped up yet. Good luck with the sale...or possible swap

I have the Veilside rear on mine...got it from www.carmate.com an got it freighted to my house

the only problem with the ones from www.carmate.com or www.nismo.com.au is they only have one type for series 1.....which isn't to my likeing. So far i found a place called viva garage in Perth of all places that i sent a few pictures to of the types I'm looking for for a series 1 an they said "no problem....we can get them, just let us know when"....but the cost of the hoods are $1295 (carbon top, fibreglass under), then i guess you'd have to add freight... so the search continues for now....but if i cant find what i want then i'll pay the extra an get it from there.
