  1. ill be there sounds like fun. Might even bring $50 to become an "official" member
  2. I think a better fuel pump is a good idea, aftermarket adj. fuel reg will enable you to get a little more out of your stock injectors. But if your only running 10psi in a standard turbo you could get away with stock pump& reg, depends on how much further you want to go? after the fuel supply is up to scratch.....hi-flow or bigger turbo? more boost.....then bigger injectors....by this time no doubt a ceramic button/heavy duty clutch will be needed..... skys the limit.....thats the best part good luck anyway
  3. Hi, interested in your stealth wing, where was it perchased from? any cracks? I have a pair of front height adjustable Tenabe sustec pro's sittin in the shed if interested in trade? (I have the rears aswell but one has a bent inner shaft, if that can be repaired or not i'm unsure?) the fronts have no upper mounts (actually worn cusco pillowball items, but can use your stock mounts) rears have HKS pillowball upper mounts if thats of any interest? let me know what you think Beirn

BUT..... all of this wont be happening for a while, gotta get my bigger squirters in Jan, which kinda wounds the wallet for a little while there really is nothing "different" that looks any good out there unfortunatly.
  6. Nice looking car! think the whole thing looks quite neat, even the graphix, nothing too over the top. I'd be pleased if it were mine One thing i noticed though, you said you have Nismo skirts, their actually part of the "TRAIL" kit, so's the rear bar i think (not that i could see it that close in the pics), if it has 3 slots in it accross the rear it is. not pickin, just mentioning
  7. theres OPTIMAX at anglesea (100%) theres BP 95RON in lorne (100%), Mobil 95RON in Apollo bay (100%) after that i'm not sure. Best to fill up at Anglesea.

  9. I just got a VK calais run about to go to an from work.....was thinking about a sticker along the lines of Wana drag?....wait while i go get a REAL car I love stirring up holden/ford fans either that or "the dunnydore"
  10. i believe its carbon top layer, carbon bottom, with thin foam between? not sure on their particular carbon making process? You can pick it up an walk around with it in one hand....I did, before putting it on, as I (an the guys that made it) said, it only weighs 6-7kg. Never said it was "dry" carbon though becuase it's not. but yeah.....its light, its CARBON FIBRE....best stuff known to man:D, its different, and I love it. any further questions about the bonnet, ask the guys at customcarbon, they'll know a great deal more about it than me any suggestions on my wing delema? to avoid further confusion about the bonnet i changed the '100%' to 'Genuine' in the post, guess thats more "technically" correct. Sorry guys, My bad.
  11. Bass Junky: Do you need them to replicate? if so i could lend them to you (or just one as there both identical) for as long as you need for a nice deal on one of those air ducts you got goin for a 33
  12. any ideas on cost on freighting to Vic? it'd fit a 33 gts-t wouldnt it, i'm pretty sure the cat back bits the same??
  13. skylines might not be the most romantic of cars to be picked up in.....you having to move the seat forward to sit in the back whilst your girl sits up front next to some guy she's never met?? i'd be thinking of other options personally.... my 2 cents
  14. Rezz: black wing looks quite good, black ends with a carbon blade....match up with my carbon bonnet an mirrors.....definatly food for thought!! carbon balde will hurt the wallet though....maybe just black to start off with... chris19: the skirts are just 400R replicas, should be able to source them through any bodykit place, I got mine from FibreFab in Geelong, but they have them for sale at uniqueautosports (www.nismo.com.au) and at www.justjap.com
  15. well the 34 alita/nismo wing sure would be different.....not quite sure it'd suit a 33 though having the rounder rears to the 34. thanks all the same has anyone photoshoped one of these wings onto a 33??
  16. bonnet is genuine carbon fibre (no fibreglass underlay like JAP versions), its only 6mm thick an weighs around 6-7kg. I got it from customcarbon.com.au, great bunch of guys an awsome quality work!! highly recomend them!! when (if) i sell my GT wing i'll be selling the boot lid with it as a complete package, just easier for all really. The bomex wibng looks quite neat, but a bit too much like a "high rise" type M wing for my liking. as far as where to get them? i dunno, i got mine through someone from japan. not a fan of the flat boot lid either, makes it look like a 4door from behind, at least the stealth wing has a bit of shape to it thanks for the suggestions so far.....keep em comming
  17. yeah, like to 34 Do-Luck car....look pretty cool!! dunno where to source one though, an a dare say they'd be big $$$
  18. Getting sick of my GT wing, so I'm trying to find another option.....not interested in GTR ot type M wings, too common....something different. anyone have any ideas? any pics? any idea on cost an where to get them?? playing round with ideas, like the stealth/drift wing most so far, but anything different is good, like the trust or tommy k wings? Theres some pics of my car here as it is now: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/photopost...500&ppuser=7879 or should I just stick with the GT wing? maybe modify the endplates or something? thanks in advance to anyone who replies....all inputs good input
  19. how bads the 4th rim? got any pics of that?
  20. customcarbon.com.au Awsome work, I got my bonnet from there an its perfect!!! there located in QLD
  21. what size's + offsets are they? and what price are you after? a pair of rims would be nice to throw some cheap rubber on the back for a bit of "fun".....depends on the price though
  22. Im running a larger bosch in tank pump with a malpassi adj fuel reg. 248@rear out of stock injectors....works well....(yes im in the process of getting 840cc items from japan, i know stock items arnt intended for this power). there are many different brands and options, my advise would be to go with what whoever is tuning it is recomending and familiar with....
  23. Was a great cruise yet again:D good fun drive, nice veiws, nice cars, nice people. At least I got to meet a few more of you this time round. Certainly am better at U turns thats for sure unfortunatly cruising around Geelong on Sunday I ended up on the side of the main street with a highway patrol car considering giving me a canary for my ride height. ended up he just gave me the blue slip that I can sign off myself when fixed (wound up the teins Sun arvo ), his name badge was " A.Champion"....an he was really. Poped his head under my bonnet in search for a ATMO BOV, which I dont have:D, he chatted me for about 5-10mins about them cracking down on modded cars an what there looking for an to be careful, there was a serious accident in geelong involving a 180sx on P's, so there on the prowl. kinda off the subject there but oh well.... great cruise, cant wait for the next one, would love to join the dyno day this Sat....but working wouldn't be a SAU cruise without a bad road here, an a wrong turn there.... Berin
  24. Hey GENO8R, I'm basically running the same set-up as yourself except I have a Microtec ECU an adjustable fuel reg (malpassi) running 18psi to achieve 248kw (bout 320-325hp?). Microtech runs well an that bypasses the need for Z32 upgrade because no AFM needed, uses MAP sensors....I believe Wolf 3D ECU's have the same setup. My next step is injectors....cant use GTR injectors unless you modify your fuelrail to suit topfeed injectors, as RB25's are side fed. Best price ive found them is around $990 a set from Japan (not installed, doing that myself). Here the same injectors range between around $220-$300 PER INJECTOR depending on brand/size. Could customise your fuelrail to suit top fed, but in the end it'll cost about the same, maybe more than a set of direct fit items from Japan (Neugun or PerfectRun). With bigger injectors your stock fuel rail will be fine to suit your power needs, you probably need to more look at strengthening the internals of you motor to suit big HP before you'll need a bigger fuel rail.... hope i've been of some help? Berin
