Z - Rated = As fast as your car ca push em (technically suggests 240km/h+) Y - Rated = Up to 300km/h W - Rated = Up to 270km/h V - Rated = Up to 240km/h H - Rated = Up to 210km/h U - Rated = Up to 200km/h T - Rated = Up to 190km/h S - Rated = Up to 180 km/h R - Rated = Up to 170km/h should have a letter on the tyre somewhere after the size...eg 235/45/R17 Y or 235/45/ZR17 in Z rated case
  4. i'll be there, finally got my car tuned an running properly again so i'll be able to take it out for a spin. always a good night Berin
  5. I know the company that does them in Japan are called Bee R Theres an article on one of their 32with 34front's in latest Autosalon Mag, I dont believe theres any here in Aust, so it would be a custom effort from a place that is willing to try.....and i'm guessing....BIG dollars... i'd guess 10-15k??? theres a photo/thread somewhere on the forum, do a search. Pictures of a black 33/34 on there, looks better finished. Looks SWEET!!, if only i could afford the conversion, i'd have it done too
  6. suggestion for spec shett titles engine: rbxxdet ,pod, zaust, bov etc... handling: 20" bling blings, coilovers, stuts braces, big arse brembos etc.... interior: wheel, g/knob, fluffy dice etc... exterior: gtr kit, roof scoop, LED washer jets etc... stereo: head unit, 15" fully sik subwoofa etc... achievements: 12.8@121mph, 228kW, faster than my cousins vl turb etc.... an with the pics you were after Ash, you looking for actual photographs of our own cars? photos printed off the home PC from the digi cam? or photos burnt to CDs?
  7. i'll be there for sure, see you all tonight
  8. does the catch can have any internals? like baffels or some type of medium to actally seperate oil from air? or is it just a hollow can?
  9. by the looks of the pic i think it says "Simex" on the sidewall.....couldnt make out the size though...hehe
  10. i still have a set of pics from the second day on my digicam, will get around to putting them in one of the GOR PIC threads over the weekend sometime.
  11. GrandPrix Autosalon?? do you mean Autosalon semi-final last september? or the show of skylines and the Melb F1 GrandPrix??
  12. dont have either of the things you wish to trade, but am interested all the same... does the cage interfere with the passangers in the rear seats? have any pics of it in the car? what sort of $$$ would you accept for it?
  13. well you know i'm in!! Mad rush to get the car ready in time...hehe I'll come to the meeting (22/3) and will try to make it to as many others as i can, but if i cant make it and have other ideas/suggestions, i'll just post em here or let you know ash. hopefully with enough interest and orginisation, should be a great club stand, would be nice to see Sau VIC win one of the "club awards" an bring a trophy home
  14. i'll try and make it, probably not for dinner though?? so i should get there around 8ish, I'll have to bring the old commonwhore ...skyline no go for now i'll park somewhere dark...hehe:D Berin
  15. 10kW out of stock R33...pretty cheap....10kW more out of a worked skyline already putting out bigger figures......quite expensive as i read above some where, all depends on where your at with your tunning. Air pod & bleed valve will gain over 10kW on a stocker, not so easy at the higher end of the kW figures, maybe bigger turbo? maybe rebuilding or balancing the motor? Not cheap! so i dont think it can really be judged in $$ terms
  16. Ihave the same issue with my BlitzMSTT, except i found the wire....yellow with green stripe from memory......but it reads at HALF SPEED, so it kindamakesall the nice functions useless, ivebeen inside the dash an with no speed cut defender to find.....i dunno what the go is? My only figuring is the my Nismo 300Km/h speedo is a SCDefender itself? good luck!!
  17. got any [email protected]? are they dual wings or single? what width are they? where did you buy them from? few things that might help your sale...good luck
  18. rein hard exhaust?? cant say i've heard of em??
  19. I always miss out on the sales dont i...'doh'. $719's a damn good price!! I'm looking at some local stuff, maybe x-force or something? I like knowing the jap stuff is all tried and tested though, so for the right price that's what id prefer. as for size...guess i didnt really think about it....3.5in would be the go though, more flow the better!! After i get it tuned i dont think i'll be able to pull much more power out of a highflow? guess i'll soon see
  20. well on the SAU cruise on the weekend i blew the stuffing out of my muffler and cracked the welds, so time for a new cat back system... any advice on whats good (is going to gain most power/flow), whats not, where to get a good deal? i need one pretty soon, as i cant get my car tuned correctly without it after ive installed my new injectors.... anyone seen the system that has twin cannon mufflers out the one side? i think ive seen it on 33 GTR's before? what brand it is? anyway, thanks in advance for your help Berin
  21. well i blew my rear muffler to bits on the SAU cruise on the weekend, and the middle res has holes in it, so time for a newy!! what im actually looking for a twin cannon muffler system out the one side on an angle....anyone know where to get these from? or have pictures? where are good places to get an exhaust from? any other ideas are welcome.....anything that has good flow, deep note thats not too loud (or comes with silencer). Nothing stupidly expensive, anything cheaper than $1000 ball park is all i can really afford. thanks for your input!! Berin
  22. I appear to be missing from the 33 list
  23. Awsome cruise indeed, even though i didnt get to Apollo Bay till 5 in the arvo. The over night stay was a great opportunity to get to know some of the members on a more social level, now feel to be a "member" in the actual sense rahter than an onlooker at events If your a new member....you definatly missed out. Away from the social side, the drive was great.....good roads, good views, good cars......what more could you ask for.......oh i know......more 98RON fuel stops....hehe Big thanks to Ash an all the SAU guys organising!! cant wait for the next one.
  24. would the Castrol SAF-XA 75W140 be good with the Nismo 2 way mechanical diff?? I could get it through work so if its a good thing, might be worth putting it up on a hoist an changing it again
