  1. uuuh yes? I haven't spent any more money, just needs some more love
  2. It's just the angle of the photo, it should be OK. Going to nubco now to get a bigger pole to pull it a little more just to be super sure. Looking at some old gopro footage, looks like the front wheels travel about 70mm so I'm trying to accommodate for that. I'm going to raise the nose up another 10mm too, looking at the car side on, looks like it's under brakes already
  3. well mine are a lot worse than Jacks, I'm a little disapointed, I couldn't see the damage that was being done until I stood up and the light hit it, looks like a retard has assaulted it with a bb gun -__- oh well, they're only guards on a drift car you can't tell in the pics though! hehe. Pulled the fronts out about 20mm. I might have to spend the next 3 hours reapiring each of them and shape them pissing around with my slapper hammer and various dolley's and contour guages, and then almost a full respray
  4. Missing that gets worse over time and even worse with shit fuel. My bet is on something to do with the spark. Throw some new plugs in like MrStabby said and see how you go

  9. not sure I want to....
  10. Yeah brad said a similar thing, then used a metaphor involving lady bits which was both hilarious and disturbing.
  11. Wouldn't it be better to switch it on load rather than rpm?
  12. good.. hahaha, what for?
  13. Yeah, I'm just yanking your chain, I appreciate your advice and know you've got a wealth of experience The plan is to raise the front about 5mm (it's too low atm anyway) and get my pole on and roll those guards up, wish me luck
  14. if you're game to try them out give me a call and I might put an order in too
  15. You're starting to sound like a woman. "less aggressive", "shorter", "don't", Cmon man! I've already got -4 degrees neg on the front, maybe should wind some more neg on, but I know the dude at beauepairs will have a teary about it then start comparing his KE70 to my car.
  16. Going to get my pole on then. Fitment on these wheels just look too boss to not have. Still going to paint the rim blue though. Do you think it'll be easier just to brush it on with some awesome modeling paint or something? because masking a perfect circle sounds like it'd be hard to do
  17. Bolt on what? I don't know what you're asking! I forgot GTR Guards were an option... Does anyone have any? do they bolt straight onto a GTS? Can I keep my blue NA GT badges? What's the difference between the GTR and GTS guard? are they actually bigger? it's hard to tell in the pics I see the indicator is smaller and there are some extra holes for more trim but that's it? GTS Guards are so cheap I might as well just get a pipe onto my stock ones yes? Edit: seems you need the guards, raisers, GTR hinges, bonnet and latch. to have GTR guards... hmm.
  18. 18x9.5 +12 I haven't bought them yet, just a test fit today. Rears are nice a hella flush, heaps of room for everything. Front are a bit of a troll though. I'm going to measure the shit out of everything tomorrow and see what needs to change. to make it work.
  19. How's my offset looking? Hahaha, going to need some serious guard rolling action me thinks. Full lock is a bit of a problem too
  20. I had one of those turbos on my VL. They're no good. Made some OK power but there were lots of problems. If you get one, and I strongly reccomend you don't. Make sure you have the right amount of oil going into it, the seals are made of out play dough so they won't handle any excess oil pressure. You need to warm them up and cool them down very carefully or shit gets rough. They're just totally not worth the hassle. I also got a cheap stainless manifold too, spend more money modifying the flamin mongrel to fit and I did on the actual manifold then after a few skids it just cracked. Should have just got a 6 boost or something else awesome. Also had a shitty 55mm monsta gate that'd jam when it got hot; sometimes open, sometimes closed, not really ideal and it cost me my engine from wicked over boost. I'm sure there are some people out there that'll say they're OK, but I'd rather just a high flow R34 turbo any day. Or my Garrett GT3076R You're better off lurking the forsale threads on here and getting some decent 2nd hand gear than getting some shit ebay crap.
  21. BECAUSE DRIFT CAR
  22. I don't know what it is about the red lip that just doesn't sit right with me... Blue looks heaps better I think.
  23. +12 offset should look pretty mad. Getting them off Boost Automotive, Brad's got the best price I found. I'm also getting some tyres off him, amazing price also.
  24. Yep, just like that
