  2. my GF said she dragged you off at the lights Autumn, she was in her Honda Accord vtec yo!
  3. car was feeling great, had heeeeeeaps of traction and really good hookup maybe a bit too much, but no power really made me sad, i've got it all back to normal now though i hope. I just need to drive it more.
  4. waaaaaaaay too late I'll let you know if there is going to be a round 2.
  5. Finally made the time to make the logging\dash software my bitch, I thought a few of you here would enjoy this That's a screeny from my first qualifying lap at sprints the other day. The Blue line is Oil pressure and the Magenta line is Speed according to the GPS. You'll notice the oil pressure drops when I brake; the dash also logs G forces too and it said my Max pulled 2gs under brakes and 1.6gs around a corner. Fun times playing with this software, it's a little clunky but I've got it pretty worked out now. Next video I make I should be able to have the on screen speed and RPM stuff displayed
  6. I think I'd win quietest Unless I could get it on gate
  7. I had a great weekend drifting. Car went well, I drove pretty well too. Best drift ever on my 2nd Qualifying run. Actually Qualified but then I lost my first battle, oh well, who wins their first one! Still had a blast. Here is a of the battle. Here are some pics I had a little trouble with the ECU forgetting all of it's outputs though which was a bit of a troll. Turned off the Rev limiter, Turned off VCT and Turned off boost control so it was just running gate pressure, Lucky I had my laptop there so I setup the Limiter and Boost again but I didn't want to touch the VCT because it was a little scary, so mid range power suffered. Didn't have any problems with oil control at all, got maybe 10mls in the catch can. Oil pressure stayed steady all day, only dipped when I spun out and let the revs drop below 1500rpm. Added a baffle to the catch can too which worked very well. Also got my new rocker covers on now too, paint on them looks shit though because I'm an asshole and didn't do a very good job prepping them. So yeah, all in all, a good day was had.
  8. sall good, i was busy fraeking out because my ECU was being a troll.
  9. both good options. What's the purple pig?
  10. Make sure you come say G'day!
  11. I saw an old lady driving a Silver R33. Looked pretty mint too.
  12. Drifting tomorrow so keen! Who's coming?
  13. I got no money right now! I'll PM you later.
  14. 3076R is more suited for 400rwHP setups. So skid 300rwHP and go half way at least 350rwHP will love it. At 300rwhp that turbo is still asleep and the power won't make the lag worth it Need at least 14psi You'll need at least 550cc injectors though plus a fuel pump to feed them. That SAFC can do it but it's not really best practice, I'd splash out for a powerFC, or Haltech with MAP sensor (replaces AFM) <div><br></div><div>But yeah, check out the RB25 dyno results thread to get an idea of what other mods people have. I've got a 3076R in mine, build thread in my sig.</div>
  15. You should meetup up Saturday morning then come down and watch Drifting at Baskerville
  16. there was another video that was a bit longer and you could see a little more, but that got taken off youtube
  17. bring my loom! are you drifting?
  18. epic build mate! Really enjoyed reading it Thanks for sharing and be sure to keep us updated
  19. Man I've been neglecting this thread, Here is an update. I've been in a couple of events. CMI Hillclimb, lots of water, made for an interesting day. Then I went to the Drags ; Pretty OK day, only got two runs before my tailshaft failed which was a little disappointing But now i've got a big ol one piece to put in it!! I've also got my new dash in! IQ3 Racepak GPS Logger job. I've also got my front LCAs modded so they're adjustable now so I can has more camber Got it on -4.5 at the moment, the difference was amazing, it actually turns now!!!! Might need to think about a rear wing too now because I can turn enough to easily make the back end loose, I might try putting a gurney flap on my current wing first and see how that goes. Also I've installed oil restrictors in the block to keep the oil in the head under control. Just followed the sydney kid reccomendations in the oil control thread. So yeah, that's about it. Taking it out drifting this Saturday so hopefully I'll have some more videos and pics for you I told my friend I need a nice photo of me popping a carrot Does it almost every time between turn 1 and 2 now.
  20. I've got a GT3076R on mine, friggin love it, turbo sounds so amazing all the time. I get 310rwkw from mine
  21. yeah cool, I'll see if I have any tyres left after drift practice and hit that up
  22. is that closed to club?
  23. yeah but 2nd half of December is really messy with Work Xmas dinners and catching up with family and all that BS. We'll let the poll run for a little longer and see what happens.
  24. Hey Guys, Seeing as no one from here attended the last on I thought I'd try again to organise some track time for us. I'm thinking 19th at Baskerville or 20th at Symmons Plains. Or a third option, Skyline Stack the hillclimb event on the 20th at Baskerville and show those Porsche owning guys how we do. I've added a Poll, please vote on it so we can get clear visibility on who wants to go where. Poll is public, we can see who voted for what track. If it's a raging huge one like it was last time, I will need at least 1 other person to help me get shit organised. Who's keen?
  25. yeah I've got the 595-evo on the front of mine, they're pretty good you want a slight stretch too to sharpen up the steering response. I upped my camber to -4 degrees too, changed my life. This is a very wise attitude and I approve
