What you believe as a correct fact in regards to a WRX vs R33 could also be regarded as incorrect unless you have both cars in stock standard form to compair? You need to get over urself mate I have seen a dyno of 215rwkw on an s15 with a t28 b/b turbo, also did have cams and on an rb25 it may make more power due to the engine... but thats really really at the max of the turbo mate, its not usual to see that kind of figure!

Well any model GTST that has steel wheels (think r32 might) can run higher boost, the other GTST turbos (33/34) have ceramic turbos which means that it will crack under to much boost... not sure what wheels the t28s have and not sure whats safe on them, generally dont have to many kms on these units so can run higher boost through them anyway Its not to do with the b/b or bush bearing nature of the turbo, its to do with the compressor/exhaust wheels on them Someone feel free to correct me if im wrong?

Exhaust housings... as im on NS.com all the time this is where i got that from. B/B units have a 6 bolt exhaust housing while the non b/b turbos have 4? Maybe 5. Not 100% sure on the non b/b units but they dont have as many bolts in the exhaust housings, this as well as a slight difference in the part number does show Aus Spec s15s have non b/b units!

S14 - s15 JAP spec's are t28 b/b All Aus released S14s/s15s came out with t28s which are NOT b/b units! Jap specs also picked up another 40kw (quoted figures) but that can easily be made up with adjustments to the exhaust system etc etc

With a 650hp turbo?? You'll get your 300rwhp easy with that thing, even tho its b/b id assume its pretty laggy being rated at that hp!

mid 12s around 114-115mph from what ive seen

Dont forget however that 200rwkw in an s15 6 speed feels a shitload faster than in an r33! If your thinking about one and dont need the extra space of the Skyline id definatly go for it! Aslong as its not an s14, s14a and s15s are the better looking cars.
