$22k would be a non-turbo, 4 door, auto. We are talking Turbo, 2 door, Manuals as we are comparing it to a R33 GTR. Gotta compare apples with apples, or as close as possible.

K Daz, got a price for ya $350 per panel, so $350 front/rear bar i'm guessing, i think side skirts a little less. But he said he'd HAVE to see the panels first, so if anything needs to be fixed up, he said Fibreglass needs fills a lot of the time. I reckon we could still work on that price. How does that compare with what other people know? Oh hey Ahmed, could you still get a rear spoiler? GTR?

yeah, had an 18th a couple of years back, but it was porn and pj party, but pretty much similar to pimp and pro. I'm turning 21 November 28th, so we must have close b'days I have NO IDEA either what to do. I wanted something down at the beach, but you have to get a permit for drinking, and also there's the issue of weather :confused: not sure what to do either.

you still offering free samples?? My gearbox in my Pulsar is making some bad noises, and has been for a while, be interesting to see if this stuff could fix it up. Plus i get pretty the exact same fuel economy as well, everytime i fill up (pretty much have the exact same driving routine, week in, week out), a touch over 10l/100km's. So it would be easy to tell if it improves economy. I thought might be a good idea to try this stuff on a normal car as opposed to a performance, turbo car? just a suggestion...

hahah, lets not go there again i've never driven any Skyline in my life, but i went out and bought a R34 GT-T. I think well know a R33 GTR and R34 GT-T are going to be great cars. But with the price you're looking at i wouldn't bother with a GTR. It would HAVE to be 1995, done a lot of k's and condition will be dodge. $35k on the other hand will get you a very nice 1998/1999 R34 GT-T, good condition, and maybe a few basic goodies. I think the point raised about maintenance costs is very valid as well. There are a lot of 2 x parts for the GTR engine Also a little more expensive. Go R34 GT-T, not really biased as i haven't driven my car and haven't driven a 33 GTR either cheers.

My current car is a hand-me-down too! but it's a '91 Nissan Pulsar hatch, 1.6ltr - But i'm stepping up soon as well! i'm going to be getting some things sprayed, actually a lot sprayed now i think about it. front/rear bumpers. spoiler, and rear quarters (to cover up the fugly holes left by the fugly rear spoiler) but i'm most probably gonna get a freebie - that aside, what's involved in prep work and can anyone do it or should you leave it to the pros? i was under the impression the list contained ONLY locally sold cars, or low volume scheme cars. Hence R32 GTR is there, yet no other Skyline is (32+) because they weren't sold locally. If you've bought a car from a dealer, daddy's given you $40K, and you go get a 33 GTR or R34 GT-T, knowing sweet f*ck all about either car, go rego it, Vic Roads say nothing as a) they probably don't give a toss as long as you hand over your inflated $540 B) have no listing those cars. You get pulled over for power to weight, and the coppers are working off what????? You weren't told by the dealer how much power or how much it weighs. Vic Roads rego your car, so supposedly everything is ok. Police don't have a Nissan brochure sitting in their car. I think that's why the Police sometimes do, sometimes don't talk about power/weight as technically they have no backing figures with them, or have anything at Vic Roads either. I'm just going to get Vic Roads to put the cars tare weight as 1700kg. 206kw / 1.7 tonnes = 121kw's/tonne - Nothing to see here officer, move along

give you an idea, i'm 20, absolutely clean history (touch wood) - insurance since May '02 - Just cars wanted $2473 on rating 4. I'm actually Rating 3 now with AAMI but Just Cars wouldn't recognise that i started on rating 5 even tho AAMI is their parent company But my car is being regoed a lot later than i first thought, so i may be able to knock another $400 off that. So hopefully around $2000 full comp. Car is 1998, R34 GT-T, 2 door, Manual, with after market wheels. Famous wouldn't insure me until i'm 21, so might give them a try when i rego the car, as i'll be 21 by then. But i want to try and get Just Cars to recognise my rating 3. $2k for a Turbo R34 on my P's, i'd be very happy with that. cheers and good luck. is there anyway a Power FC can be in bad nick?? it's just electronics isn't it? I mean, if it's phsyically not banged up, there's nothing else that can be wrong with it?
