  1. I may come along. Depends on what time I finish work, I should get off around 8pm today.
  2. Mmm... Day off Might sit around and play Skyrim all day.
  3. I don't know if I'm goin to have time to get the car fully prepped for the SCC. Might only have time for a wash and a wax Been six months since she was clayed last and she is in dire need of a good polish.
  4. Clay bars are wonderful things I did my car a few months ago and it went from black to drawing light into it black.
  5. Crazy finish to the day. Driving home from work and pull up at the intersection of Vulture and Main at the Gabba. Smell lots of burning rubber, figure some douche had just lit it up when taking off just before me. Glance to my right for some reason (one way street running left to right so not checking traffic, just looking around) and see a smashed up car. As I'm sitting at the lights the smoldering fire in the engine bay (the source of the smell) turns into a full on fire! No one is in the car and the police/ambo's/firey's are being called by other onlookers (can hear them on the phone) so I move on. First thing I'm doing when I get up tomorrow? 2kg A:B:E extinguisher is being bought and bolted into the passenger side footwell of the 'line.
  6. 4 posts in 48 hours... Strippers killed whoretown! I thought mention of strippers would have everyone in here! In other news, who wants to get their booze on after the SCC?
  7. Still can't believe the Grosvenor changed so much. A mate of mine used to run it when it was just a plain old little corner pub. How times have changed! My vote would be for Velvet Cigar on Petrie Tce.
  8. So is there any suggestions for a longer term alternative that is open late on Thursday nights and has ample parking?
  9. If I wasn't working ten days straight to get the SCC off of work I say yes.
  10. Hooray for an empty house for 10 days! House mate just left for Thailand.
  11. Agreed. Most contracts you see via Brisbane are 14/7 or 8/6 FIFO so not too bad when you're pulling down six figures plus. I've looked at jobs running the camps and F&B operations in the mines as well. Great coin for what I basically do now, not sure if I could handle the isolation and the lack ofcontact with people other than CUB's.
  12. Get trade, work in mines, ?????, Profit! Truck drivers up there make at least double what I do, tradesmen more like 3 times what I make. I often wonder what I am doing running pubs... But then I go back to finishing the cocktail I'm making for the hot blonde with big tits
  13. I only get the fiddy On the flip side I get free steak and my job description is "make sure hot chicks get drunk and have a good time" so I guess it kind of evens out
  14. Who was it saying last week that there had never been a 33 GTS-T in a GT game? I did some digging and GT2 had an '96 R33 GTS25-T in it.
  15. Boredom makes for great discussions/arguments
  16. Non GT-R 34's came in yellow. Was one of three colors that cost extra (along with red and bayside blue) from the dealer. Rare as hens teeth, I've only ever seen one of them.
  17. It was the beard, or lack there of that ha me all confused
  18. I generally assume that anything with that many stickers and a wing that big is going to be all show and no go. The twin monster screws hanging out the front bar might give it away however
  19. I'm only just waking up, I'd call it a sleep in but it has more to do with working nights... Also, drinks and shenanigans at Archive on the 28th to celebrate my 28th. All are welcome
  20. It'll be like a rave with all the flashing lights and repetitive sounds and smoke. Just like an illegal rave it'll end with the participants getting raided by the cops as well
  21. That would beg the question, was it a Bayside Blue GT-R?
