sounds like your mate has been ripped off. Not by the amount of power he is making, but for the small list of parts you have shown. I hope that $40k covers a hole bunch of other things.

Silver with the Nismo stripes sounds good, with black wheels Z-tune style. I was thinking maybe the blue used on the Calsonic GTR's, with maybe 2 white stripes down over the top of the car with white rims. Not doing it green.

After semi dismantaling my R32 GTR it seems there are a fair few spots that need fixing up, few rust spots, large scratches, shoddy repairs. Considering that I was thinking I might aswell respray the whole car. Currently the car is white. So my question is, what colour do I paint my car? I am not a fan of pearls and to an extent, metallics. I was thinking something along the lines of a nice red (Gibson GTR red maybe). If you have pics of a colour that looks nice, post it or post a link to it so I can get an idea of what different colours look like on R32 GTR's. Thanks Josh

What front bumper is the car in that pdf using? Looks like they have done a bit of fibreglassing or something to make it one piece.

Thanks guys. I remember one type of paint being ok, just couldn't remeber which one. Another question. Does anybody know what type of paint is used on the z-tune rocker covers and cam covers? Not so much the paint colour but the texture. It has a rough finish to it.

Just wondering on what people think is the best paint to use on rocker covers and plenums (GTR). I know I want to paint them the same red (run of the mill red, sorry to be vague) as my strut brace as it will go nicely with the black engine bay and white body. Not interested in HPC, as I have seen it change colour on rocker covers under hot conditions. Any suggestions? Also, how would I go about preserving the finish on aluminium pieces after they are cleaned? ie throttle bodies, thermostat cover. I was thinking clear anodizing, will be speaking to the anodizer we use at work.

My R32 GTR came without a front undertray. Is it necessary, does it help with cooling? Would a custom one from alloy sheet do the same job? Opinions and alternative suggestions appreciatted.

Mainly interested in seeing the layout of the car. The engine ebay looks very "clutter free" when I look into the engine bay of my GTR now, its cramped.
