  1. Dude, I guess you've got to think what your mates would have said when given retail price for a RWD 4AGE these days - which is around 1200 bucks motor only. If it was anything along the lines of "That much?" or "My mate bought one..." then you've got your answer. Jash
  2. I've got a roof dude - Its the wrong colour though. Give me a call tomorrow. Jash
  3. SRP, My issue with your video was the taping and exhibition of the sort of dumb shit that idiots like Grant Dorrington think we all do all the time. Doesnt paint you guys in the best light, although neither does the whole "Street Racer" tag. Everyone engages in that sort of behaviour at one time or another, be it in a controlled environment, or on the road, but to whack it on a video for public consumption is doing nothing for enthusiasts and the industry as a whole. Jash
  4. I've got no dramas with those PE guys or the NE guys, they were all pretty good, and on high end equipment. Just another slop for the cops white trash tv beat up. Must have been light on for miracle diets for fat slags and morons coplaining about 10k mobile bills. Speaking of dumb things on video, is that "Street Racer" video coming out? I couldnt believe the stupidity of putting such behaviour out for public consumption. Will be enough reason for another blitz on modified cars... Jash
  5. Lauren, Easy Fixed Bossplaya - Yeah can do - what were you after? Jash
  6. They're always on sale for you Lauren, even cheaper if your Mum comes too. Seriously though the P1 Shipment will be here in a cupla weeks. Jash
  7. Well its not a giveaway, but they are reasonably priced. Jash
  8. And one more time in English please? Jash
  9. Humans, Rim cleanout time at work: http://www.c-red.com.au/parts/wheels.shtml Jash
  10. Dude - I'm keen if you've still got them. Mail me - [email protected] Jash
  11. The J's loved the pictures too... Jash
  12. C'mon dude I was there putting my car where the dyno sheets say it should be. I was a tad pissed off with the AAH, but shit like that happens. Jash
  13. Lots of Perth Workshops build cars with theoretical power outputs that if they make a run down the strip, or appear on a Shootout equipped dyno will be found to be false. Lots of people accused GTAAH of that after Cabin last year, but we backed it up this year. Jash
  14. Ken, Ta - You know I'm not going to belt it till I'm happy with it. And yeah well large up to Ant - You're fully tapped dude. Big thanks must also go to Chooklotto's goods for wearing a Macca's serviette as a skirt - Top Work. Jash
  15. Dan, Not a priority as the strip season is coming to a close, we were always going to tear it down after Fag Combat and re-shell it. At the sort of power its making its going to get a bottom end rebuild every 5000km if not sooner. Yeah well stoked with the 15. Next trip down we'll remove everything that isnt necessary - like the 75kg worth of Stereo etc etc and maybe chuck some naws down it and see how much we can improve it by. Jash
  16. Gav, I'd be well pissed if we'd prepped it and it ran like it did, but based on the amount of time we'd put in I cant be too upset. In hindsight we would have been better off stripping the 15 and leaving the R in the shed. OS Box shifts just like a stocker, although I didnt really launch it or hit it hard at decent revs. You've still got all synchros intact so it should operate as normal. Jash
  17. Yeah, Dead Happy I never thought I'd have so much fun driving it in a straight line. Apparently on the last run I pulled an 11.7@120 but Roy has the timesheet so I cant confirm. If I hadnt broken the gate in the first round of elims it would have gone a lot quicker in the cool air. Big up Paulie for assisting the cabin boys and for putting on a top event, the 'naan was of a high standard too. Jash
  18. Sorry to disappoint guys. In all honesty We werent going to run it at all, and we left it with the rough-ish tune SST put in it before cabin. We didnt expect the box back in time, it came in late Wednesday Night so we decided to run it. ****en thing was either blowing the spark out something cruel, either that or the Wolf was ****ing up. It'll run the numbers, but I'm not going to risk damaging it to impress the peanut gallery. We're going to pull it down, re-shell it and tolerance everything just so we dont have any problems with it next season. And before any of you question the driving ability I'm pretty sure the 11.88@119mph out of the 15 on my 3rd ever pass, and about the 10th pass ever in anything, should assure you I can steer a car in a straight line. Jash :flower:
  19. Funky Monkey - Do I need to remind you of how much an A31 is worth in .my? Last I saw a decent one was like RM50,000 - around 20k AUD, That little Proton'd be worth about RM5,000. The dude is a little confused yeah, but he's working with what he's got available, as you do. Jash PS I would have gone for a Perodua Kancil personally.
  20. C'mon be fair guys, I can imagine the cars you all drove around when you were 17 werent incredibly tasteful or well modified. Besides which if you lived in Maraysia affording anything other than a Proton is a bit of an ask. Jash
  21. Our J girlie gallery is now up: http://www.c-red.com.au/gallery/j-girls/index.shtml Comes with witty captions too... Jash

    Tas 2005

The C-Red Baka Gaijin Touring Posse will not be in effect for TAS '05. We're gunning for a 2 week stay encompassing OAM '05, Rokko, Nanko and a bit of Saitama Wangan. Oh and another 'Pongi bombing raid. And about 20 litres of Hot Sake... Jash
  23. Cam and TJ, They have refined the judging system over the years to a point where its about as equitable as it can be to level the playing field. They overlooked the chips and scratches on the 15 based on the fact its a car that gets the crap beaten out of it regularly. Based on what we learnt this year from the process we're going to refine out cars for next years outing so we've got at least 2 cars in the top 10. Its pretty hard to compete against cars that arent even street licenced, but it can be done. Jash PS We've got some big ideas for the Naan next year too...
